CITIZEN DOSSIER

Otis was born into poverty and was traded to the Banu to absolve his parents' debts. Despite his unfortunate circumstances, he developed a deep appreciation for their culture and language. Otis worked for various Souli, and eventually learned to pilot various vehicles. At 17, he enlisted with the United Empire of Earth Navy and was sent to the front after the UEE declared war on the Vanduul clans. His experiences in the military led him to advocate for peace and diplomacy. Otis remained close with the Banu and joined an organization called Naja Echó, where he now works in transportation and fleet services.
