Charter

Elite Outlaws™ Charter

We, the members of the Elite Outlaws™, in order to establish a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to freedom, justice, and excellence in the Star Citizen universe, do hereby establish this charter. We pledge to uphold the values and principles that define our organization and to work together to achieve our common goals.

Article I: Name and Purpose

Name: The name of this organization shall be the Elite Outlaws™.

Purpose: The purpose of the Elite Outlaws is to create a brotherhood of skilled pilots and adventurers who strive for excellence in space combat, exploration, and trade. We aim to protect our allies, dominate the stars, and uphold the code of the Outlaws.

Article II: Membership

Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who share our values and are willing to contribute to the success of the organization.

Application: Prospective members must submit an application and undergo a vetting process to ensure they align with our principles.

Rights and Responsibilities: Members have the right to participate in all activities and decision-making processes. They are responsible for upholding the code of the Outlaws and contributing to the organization’s success.

Article III: Code of Conduct

Honor: Members shall conduct themselves with honor and integrity, both within the organization and in their interactions with others.

Loyalty: Members shall remain loyal to the Elite Outlaws and support their fellow members.

Respect: Members shall treat others with respect and dignity, regardless of rank or position.

Courage: Members shall demonstrate courage in the face of adversity and strive to overcome challenges.

Article IV: Leadership and Structure

Leadership: The organization shall be led by a Council of Captains, elected by the membership. The Council shall be responsible for making strategic decisions and guiding the organization.

Ranks: The organization shall have a structured ranking system to recognize the contributions and achievements of its members. Ranks shall include, but are not limited to, Recruit, Pilot, Lieutenant, Captain, and Admiral.

Divisions: The organization shall be divided into specialized divisions, each focusing on a specific aspect of our operations, such as combat, exploration, trade, and logistics.

Article V: Fleet Composition

Our fleet is the backbone of our operations, equipped with a diverse array of ships designed for every mission. Here are just a few of the many ships in our vast fleet:

- Aegis Reclaimer: The pride of our fleet, this powerful salvage ship is perfect for reclaiming valuable resources from the wreckage of our enemies.
- Anvil Carrack: Our flagship for exploration, equipped with advanced scanning and mapping technology to chart the unknown.
- Drake Cutlass Black: Versatile and reliable, this ship is our go-to for quick strikes and agile maneuvers.
- Origin 600i: A luxurious yet formidable vessel, ideal for high-profile missions and VIP transport.
- RSI Constellation Andromeda: A multi-role ship that excels in both combat and cargo transport, ensuring we are always prepared for any situation.

Article VI: Meetings and Communication

Meetings: Regular meetings shall be held to discuss organizational matters, plan missions, and address member concerns. Special meetings may be called as needed.

Communication: The organization shall maintain open lines of communication through various channels, including forums, chat, and voice communication platforms.

Article VII: Amendments

Proposal: Amendments to this charter may be proposed by any member of the organization.

Approval: Proposed amendments must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership.

Article VIII: Dissolution

Dissolution: In the event that the organization must be dissolved, all remaining assets shall be distributed among the members or donated to a charitable cause, as decided by the Council of Captains.

Article IX: Alliances and Diplomacy

Stance on Alliances: The Elite Outlaws are open to forming alliances with other organizations that share our values of freedom, justice, and excellence. We believe that strategic partnerships can enhance our capabilities and help us achieve our common goals.

Criteria for Alliances: Potential allies must demonstrate:
- Alignment of Values: A commitment to principles that align with those of the Elite Outlaws.
- Mutual Benefit: The ability to offer mutual support and benefits in terms of resources, intelligence, and strategic advantages.
- Trustworthiness: A proven track record of reliability and integrity in their dealings.

Alliance Formation: Alliances shall be proposed by any member and must be approved by a majority vote of the Council of Captains. Formal agreements shall be documented and reviewed periodically to ensure they remain beneficial.

Diplomatic Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves with diplomacy and respect when interacting with allied organizations. Any disputes or issues shall be addressed through diplomatic channels to maintain harmony and cooperation.

Termination of Alliances: Alliances may be terminated if they no longer serve the interests of the Elite Outlaws or if the allied organization fails to uphold the agreed-upon terms. Termination must be approved by a majority vote of the Council of Captains.
