UEEXI fosters development of the most immersive and effective learning environment available for the study of Xenoanthropology of all sentient races the UEE might wish to communicate with to resolve conflicts of misunderstandings to stimulate an era of cooperation and prosperity for all in the Verse
History
The UEE Xenoliguistics Institute spawned quite quickly and organically. The founder had a desire to get people together to start learning about alien languages and some day be able to read and write it.
