MAY GOD’S HAND STRIKE FEAR INTO THOSE WHO DEFY US
The Hand of God (HOG) is a private military corporation and naval fleet. The unit, incorporated as Arma Terrae, was nicknamed ‘Hand of God’ after rumors of a brutal victory spread throughout the galaxy. While engaging a large enemy fleet, it is said that Arma Terrae quantumed from the system’s star and eliminated over 100 sub-capital vessels before even half of its fleet arrived. Of those who survived, all claim they were destroyed before they realized they were under attack — as if by God himself.
HOG stands as a symbol of excessive force in the defense of justice.
About the Founder:
#Born in 2917, Lucien was the first and only son of the late shipping magnate, Victor C. Theotokos. Lucien inherited his father’s business at the young age of 12 when his father suffered a fatal collision between jumps. Growing up surrounded by wealth, Lucien surrendered the title as quickly as he was named CEO at age 18, retiring to the board to focus on his own interests. Not much is known until 2950 when Lucien then experimented with several revolutionary groups, specifically the terrorist faction XenoThreat in the face of extraterrestrial contact. Lucien believes himself a political visionary, but is seen by his peers to be a zealot and corporatist. The formation of the Hand of God in 2953 solidified Theotoko’s long aspiration of his own private military operation in the universe.
