History

Manifesto

The purpose of the organization shall be to promote gaming and to develop good fellowship and sportsmanship through various activities. This may include, but is not limited to dog fighting, bounty hunting, exploration, cargo transportation, freelancing, mining, salvage operations, mercenary missions, and scheduling of inter-organizational activities with other organizations activities as deemed appropriate by the Board.

Charter

  • Members are encouraged to assist other members in training, reaching
    personal and public goals, and overall enjoyment of the game. Members are encouraged
    to participate in organized activities but are not required and shall not be forced in
    participating in any group activity.
  • Members shall to the best of their abilities be civil and courteous with other
    members and allies of the organization. Members shall, to the best of their abilities be civil
    and courteous with other members and allies of the organization. Members shall not harass
    any member based on: age, race, sex, religion, or any other factor that would cause another
    member emotional distress.
  • Any member may be removed from membership for cause by a unanimous vote
    of the Board at any Board meeting. The Board must allow the subject member the right of
    interview before the vote is cast. Conduct prejudicial to the best interests of the club, in
    the judgment of the Board, will be considered sufficient cause for removal. Notification
    of such Board action shall be made by the Secretary to the membership and to the former
    member. Appeal from the Board’s decision may be made in writing within thirty (30) calendar days
    after notification through the Board. In such a case, the dropped member shall be allowed
    to present his/her appeal personally to the whole membership at the next regular meeting.
    A two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the membership may override and nullify the action of
    the Board.
