Savage Bunnies Charter

- Article I: Name and Purpose

1. The organization shall be known as Savage Bunnies, an entity within the Star Citizen universe.
2. The purpose of Savage Bunnies is to foster a community of like-minded individuals who seek liberation from the confines of the established order and embrace the chaos of exploration.

- Article II: Membership

1. Membership in Savage Bunnies is open to all individuals who share our values and embrace the spirit of adventure and rebellion.
2. All members must conduct themselves with respect and camaraderie, fostering an environment of mutual support.
3. Members are encouraged to contribute their unique skills, talents, and perspectives for the betterment of the organization.
4. All members shall adhere to the rules as laid out in the discord. Failure to apply will result in the immediate termination of membership.

- Article III: Organization Structure

1. The organization shall be led by the council. The council shall consist of a 5 division heads which serve as supervisory roles within the organization.
2. The divisions can be broken down into the following 5 roles:
   1. Industry: Mining, refinement, salvaging to fleet repair and supply.
      - The backbone of the organization this role helps keep the fleet fuelled , ammunition stores stocked and ship component stores well equipped.
   2. Security: Fleet protection, escort and ship combat.
      - Crucial to our survival in verse while exploring uncharted and dangerous areas, the security detail is tasked with keeping the fleet safe during org activities and serving judgement on those that would harm us.
   3. Infantry: Medics, terra foot and vehicle combat.
      - The shield and sword of the org. Retrieving downed org members, protecting exploration teams during terra runs or securing areas for asset retrieval.
   4. Logistics: Cargo running, asset retrieval and delivery. The bloodline of the org, from transporting massive cargo loads during mining runs, to delivering weapons and supplies to exploration and ground crews.
   5. Exploration: Deep space / terra exploration and transportation.
      - Finding new resources or discoveries, the explorations teams role is pivotal to the discovery of hidden secrets in the verse, while supporting the fleet by exploiting alien technologies using the science at hand.
3. The council shall have the final say in decision-making processes and shall exercise authority over the direction, policies, and activities of Savage Bunnies.
4. The council is responsible for organizing and coordinating activities, maintaining communication channels, and promoting the overall well-being and growth of the organization.
5. Should an impasse be met among council members during deliberations the chairperson shall step in with a revised resolution until a majority vote among council members is met

- Article IV: Principles and Conduct

1. Savage Bunnies shall embody the values of audacity, irreverence, and fearlessness in the pursuit of exploration and chaos.
2. Members are encouraged to challenge established norms, question authority, and disrupt the status quo to push the boundaries of exploration and freedom.
3. Members shall conduct themselves with integrity, respecting the rights and autonomy of others, and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere within the organization.

- Article V: Activities and Endeavours

1. Savage Bunnies shall engage in a variety of activities, including but not limited to:
   1. Exploration of uncharted systems, discovering new frontiers, and uncovering hidden mysteries.
   2. Disrupting corporate interests and challenging their dominance in the verse.
   3. Collaborating with other organizations for joint ventures, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
   4. Organizing events, missions, and campaigns that embrace chaos and challenge members to push their limits.
2. Members are encouraged to contribute their skills and expertise toward the organization’s goals and actively participate in the activities and endeavours.

- Article VI: Amendments and Dissolution

1. This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the council, taking into account the opinions of the general membership.
2. In the event of dissolution, the assets and resources of Savage Bunnies shall be distributed in a manner agreed upon by the council, ensuring fairness and transparency.
