History Manifesto Charter

History

In 2156, division was rife within the Terran population. Political and religious unrest shattered all promises of unity.
Branding and PR controlled everything. Social engineering became the new high warfare. We stepped in and put an end to it by doing it better.

Over the centuries, we operated in the shadows under various names, curating culture and winning hearts over.
When humanity began to expand into new star systems and our society evolved to incorporate a new perspective of life on such a broad scale, our necessity for secrecy diminished along with the divisive unrest we sought to solve.

In 2438, the UNE approached us to shut us down. We proposed a counter offer.
During critical negotiations with the Banu Protectorate after the first encounter, we helped to secure the continued prosperity of the human race. Our cultural mastery proved crucial to growing the humans’ relationship with the Banu — and the Banu’s relationship with humans. Establishing ourselves as the focal point for cultural exchange with new species for the following centuries, we continue to weave our web throughout the universe.
For now, we are Star Soul.

Manifesto

Lies are our truth. Silence is our power. As time flows, the seeds we sow grow stronger.

We command an ancient network of influence across the galaxy, primed and ready to tug at hearts and shatter souls.
Should the moment come when all else fails and humanity is on the brink of its own destruction, we will move, unnoticed, and pull those strings to correct humanity’s mistakes and usher in the New World.
Let us hope we do not have to do it again.

Charter

Employees of Star Soul shall not be divisive. We will strive for unity amongst ourselves no no matter the cost.
Employees of Star Soul shall recognize that they represent Star Soul and themselves individually. Be aware of this and how others perceive you.
Employees of Star Soul shall not seek to draw attention. Curious eyes will seek us out on their own.
Employees of Star Soul shall carry themselves with grace. We are strong, and carry the burden of strength.
