RULES OF STARSHIP T&T

We are not a militarised company. Therefore we DO NOT engage in combat situations if avoidable. (This does not apply in a self defence situation which could result in the loss of company stock or merchandise). If combat is something you are looking for, this IS NOT the company for you.

Each rule has it’s own severity rating. Broken rules will result in you receiving a severity point.
MAXIMUM SEVERITY POINTS RESULTING IN DISMISSAL : 5

1.) Racism or offensive comments are not tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal. (5)

2.) Trolling or wasting company stock could result in disciplinary action which may lead to your dismissal. (3-5)

3.) Engaging in any sort of combat without permission from a suitable ranking member/ officer will result in disciplinary action. (1-3)

4.) Ignoring or defying a direct order from an officer or board member could result in disciplinary action. (1-3)

6.) All employee’s must be correctly trained before carrying out any trading or transportation services. (1)

Board member’s are the only member’s capable of dismissing an employee. However, ranking officers may distribute Severity Points with good reason.
