The Charter of Starkeeper Industries

Guiding the Stars, Building the Future.

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1.1 – Name
The name of this organization shall be Starkeeper Industries.

Section 1.2 – Purpose
Starkeeper Industries exists to foster a thriving, self-sufficient community in the Star Citizen universe. Through the strategic integration of Logistics, Industry, and Security, we aim to create opportunities for growth, collaboration, and camaraderie among all members.

Article II: Structure and Organization

Section 2.1 – Divisions
Starkeeper Industries is composed of three primary divisions, each with its unique responsibilities:
- Logistics: Handles transportation, supply chains, and delivery operations.
- Industry: Oversees mining, resource gathering, and salvage efforts.
- Security: Provides protection and defense for the organization’s assets and members.

Section 2.2 – Leadership Roles
- Command Council: The governing body responsible for strategic decisions, long-term planning, and inter-divisional coordination.
- Division Leads: Heads of each division, ensuring the effective execution of objectives and fostering division-specific growth.
- Officers: Key support personnel tasked with mentoring members, managing operations, and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the divisions.

Article III: Membership

Section 3.1 – Eligibility
Membership is open to all Star Citizen players who align with Starkeeper Industries’ vision and values.

Section 3.2 – Expectations
Members are expected to:
- Act with integrity, respect, and professionalism.
- Participate in divisional and organizational activities.
- Uphold the values and reputation of Starkeeper Industries.

Section 3.3 – Rights and Privileges
Members have the right to:
- Access organizational resources and mentorship opportunities.
- Contribute to discussions and decisions affecting the community.
- Seek advancement within their division.

Article IV: Operations

Section 4.1 – Missions and Activities
Regularly scheduled missions shall be conducted by each division to ensure member engagement and organizational progress. Inter-divisional operations may be organized for large-scale objectives.

Section 4.2 – Communication
The primary mode of communication shall be the official Starkeeper Industries Discord server. Members are encouraged to stay active and informed through regular updates.

Section 4.3 – Conflict Resolution
Disputes among members will be addressed with fairness and impartiality by the Command Council, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Article V: Amendments

Section 5.1 – Proposal and Ratification
Amendments to this charter may be proposed by any member and must be reviewed and approved by the Command Council. A majority vote of active members is required for ratification.

Article VI: Dissolution
In the unlikely event of dissolution, all assets, responsibilities, and operations will be concluded with transparency and fairness, ensuring minimal disruption to members.
