S.P.E.C.T.E.R. Began its life some years after the fall of the Messers, many originating members taking advantage of the more open trade from the Levski mining settlement found themselves harassed and locked down by pirates, gangs, and unreasonable tolls. Forcing Haulers to pay out or take a longer safer journey, Resulting in lost profits. In a small pub in Quasi, an alliance forged among Haulers, Freelancers, and Rouges formed the Org.

Quickly finding success protecting their members and cargo through the treacherous trade route from Terra to Nix via Pyro. Profits began to fill the pockets of its members. New recruits, Human, Tevarin, and others, signed up eager to crew S.P.E.C.T.E.R. ships to earn money and gain notoriety, outlaws joined to earn a more honorable living, and even Citizens joined to prove themselves as worthy Captains and Pilots along the treacherous trade route. With the development of the Stanton System S.P.E.C.T.E.R. easily branched their trade route protection from Pyro into Stanton.

Still preferring to do a good deal of their business outside UEE controlled space, only heading into UEE systems for Trade opportunities, S.P.E.C.T.E.R. has been active in UEE systems more and more in recent years. With the February 2951 Xenothreat Incursions into the Stanton system as well as an uptick in general pirate activity, threatening profitable trade routes, S.P.E.C.T.E.R. Leadership has officially expanded opening an office and began recruiting in the Stanton System.
