Superior Delta / SDELTA

Structure

Superior Delta’s current scope of operations spans four areas:

• Security & Defense – Aides in the facilitation of other Superior Delta branch operations in both a defensive and offensive capacity.
• Mercantile – Focused on Superior Delta’s cash inflows via trading and tourism.
• Industrial – Focused on Superior Delta’s cash inflows via mining and salvaging.
• Exploration – Expanding Superior Delta’s footprint throughout the universe via forward base construction and colonization.

Membership

Superior Delta is currently selectively recruiting in these areas of operation.

If you are interested in joining a new organization and are committed to helping it grow, here’s our application process:

1) Read our manifesto and charter
2) Join our multi-game ANKER Discord server (Required for all candidates/members)
3) PM Aurelius expressing your interest
4) Voice interview
5) Accepted/Declined

• Candidates with capital ships are given preference and the option to fill leadership roles within the four aforementioned branches provided you have both leadership ability and acumen.

Membership Benefits

• We have capital ships and are ready for CIG to deploy them in-game! (Javelin, Hull D, Orion, Polaris)
• An established, active and multi-game Discord server with over 150 members and counting.

Character/Behavior

Members of Superior Delta are expected to abide by the rules set forth by CIG in general, at a minimum. Members who are found to be in actionable violation of these rules will either be warned or sanctioned via punitive measures, including being removed from the organization, depending on the severity of the committed offense.

Any behavior that defames or puts the Superior Delta in a false light will be met with sanctions.

• Persistent belligerency.
• Anti-semitism, racism, etc…
• Inciting an actual organization rivalry without cause and/or ‘green light’ from leadership.
• Abuse of leadership position power.

If an issue arises that needs to be addressed, please bring it up with leadership in private.

Communication

• Official language: English (Additional languages are welcome so long as English is understandable in all forms of communication.)

• Communications headquarters: Discord (Membership required for all candidates and members. Non-negotiable.)

• Activity level: No set amount of playing hours per week. An absence of 30 days or more will result in consideration of your dismissal from Superior Delta.

We place real life in higher regard than a video game, but when we’re in-game, we have fun!
