Shattered Crown / SCRN

The Shattered Crown has its origins within the collapse of the Messer regime. With the end of an era a contingency was enacted among hard line military personnel. An organization was founded in an attempt to restore Messer rule. However, after decades of devolving it is now a band of outlaws.
