Article I: Mission and Purpose
The mission of Black Wing Squadron is to provide versatile, strategic, and effective services across all sectors of the galaxy. Our purpose is to carry out freelance operations in space and on the ground, engaging in combat, medical support, exploration, and industrial work as needed. We operate within the moral gray areas of the universe, with flexibility in our actions and decisions, always guided by our commitment to one another and the pursuit of excellence.

Article II: Membership and Recruitment
Membership in Black Wing Squadron is open to all individuals who share our values and are committed to the principles outlined in this charter. New members will undergo an initiation process to ensure they align with the squadron’s objectives and demonstrate the necessary skills and mindset to contribute to our success. We welcome those who seek adventure, purpose, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the galaxy.

Article III: Conduct and Ethics
While we embrace the freedom to operate outside conventional boundaries, members of Black Wing Squadron are expected to uphold a code of respect and honor within the squadron. Loyalty to one another is paramount. We are a team, and as such, we must prioritize our collective success over individual gain. Actions that threaten the integrity or cohesion of the squadron will not be tolerated.

Article IV: Leadership and Structure
Black Wing Squadron is led by the Squadron Commander, with support from the Chief Officers. Flight Commanders lead our Specialists and Scouts in smaller, more focused teams, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in a variety of operations. Leadership is determined based on merit, skill, and demonstrated loyalty to the squadron’s goals. Decisions affecting the direction of the squadron will be made collectively by senior leadership, with input from the broader membership when appropriate.

Article V: Operations and Duties
All members are expected to contribute to the squadron’s missions, whether through combat, exploration, medical support, or industrial efforts. Participation in squadron activities is mandatory unless otherwise excused. Members are also expected to maintain their equipment and skills, ensuring they are always prepared for any mission. Tasks will be assigned based on the capabilities and strengths of individual members, but all are expected to demonstrate versatility and adaptability when called upon.

Article VI: Rewards and Recognition
Members who demonstrate exceptional skill, leadership, or bravery in the field will be recognized and rewarded through promotions, commendations, and other honors. However, recognition is not solely based on individual accomplishments; teamwork and contributions to the squadron’s overall success are equally valued.

Article VII: Termination and Expulsion
Any member who consistently fails to adhere to the principles and expectations outlined in this charter may be subject to termination from Black Wing Squadron. Expulsion will be considered in cases of betrayal, dishonesty, or actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the squadron. Such decisions will be made by the senior leadership, and the member in question will have an opportunity to present their case before a decision is made.

Article VIII: Amendments
This charter may be amended as necessary to adapt to the evolving needs and goals of Black Wing Squadron. Amendments will be proposed by senior leadership and must be approved by a majority of the squadron’s membership. All members will be informed of any changes made to the charter.
