Manifesto

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
I want to give people the chance to roleplay, or just blast some enemies if you’re not into that, as a military force, much like the UEE military. Hence the affiliate-friendliness. Here you’ll be able to hop in and out, or stay fulltime which I’ll talk about later, and take part of our cool military operations, rise in the ranks, take orders, give orders – you get it.

We’re all swedish here and I have no idea why im typing in english… hej på er. Anyway, our primary focus is to operate as an armed force, and help others with their “military needs”. But if you’re here fulltime you’ll maybe tire of that. Well, no problem! We’re going to explore every single aspect of the game. Trade, exploration, bounty-hunting, transporting. You name it. You’ll always have something different to do here, but with an emphasis on “bigassgunsblasting”.

THE FOUR PRINCIPAL TASKS OF THE SWEDISH ARMED FORCES
  • When Sweden’s borders are violated, it is the task of the Armed Forces to repel the violating party from Swedish territory.
  • If Sweden falls under attack from a foreign power, it is the task of the Armed Forces to defend the country and repel the aggressor.
  • During catastrophes, such as flooding or storms, it is the task of the Armed Forces to assist through different forms of support missions.

The Swedish Armed Forces also have the task of working for peace and security beyond our borders. We do this by sending troops on peacekeeping and peace enforcing missions around the world.

Service Branches

The Swedish Army
The Swedish Navy
The Swedish Air Force

Our forces operate with the same goal, but in different ways.

Charter

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
The Swedish Armed Forces’ Code of Conduct consists of the set of rules that all those working in the Swedish Armed Forces shall actively follow and uphold. Transparency, performance and accountability are our catchwords and our Code of Conduct is closely linked to these.
“WE LIVE AND BREATHE OUR VALUES
We are faced with many ethical dilemmas where there are no rules or full guidance. Here it is particularly important to have a well thought-out ethical foundation on which to stand. We have courage in everything we do and operate based on our values. Everyone has an obligation to challenge or intervene when someone in the area violates the Code of Conduct.

WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR ACTIONS
We are loyal and perform our missions, take responsibility, are economical with our resources and take advantage of lessons learned. We place no demands on others higher than those we set for ourselves.

WE VIEW DIVERSITY AS AN ASSET
We actively utilise our different skills and knowledge to solve all challenges. We take an active stand against discrimination, harassment and crime such as corruption, sex trafficking and abuse in all forms. We do not abuse our position of power, either in professional roles or in other relationships.

WE IMPROVE OUR TEAMWORK AND TOGETHER BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE
Transparency and cooperation make us better, stronger and more effective. We also work together with others outside our organisation to achieve success. With a developed leadership, we encourage positive progress and create security.

WE ACT WITH HIGH SAFETY AWARENESS
We operate in diverse environments with high risks and where lives may be at stake. We have a high level of safety awareness but without this consideration inhibiting the fulfilment of our missions.

WE CARE ABOUT OUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
We care about our physical and mental health and thus the safety of our mission. We take an active stand against all illegal drugs and are moderate and responsible when using alcohol, nicotine or other legal drugs.”
