Quantum Elite is a self-reliant organization (i.e. we don’t work with external parties) founded on the premise of cultivating success through a commitment to one another, instead of to ones self.
We achieve this by creating opportunities for teamwork & coordination to be rewarded; focusing on group-oriented activities that favor better team performance instead of individual performance, and creating divisions of like-minded people that work together based on similar activity sets.
The verse is a big place, and that means there’s a variety of things to do. However, not everyone enjoys the same activities, and so we’ve bunched similar activity sets into three distinct divisions.
In compliance with our team-based initiative, divisions work closely with one another instead of separately. This means finding activities that benefit a wide range of skills, and applying each divisions specialty to different parts of the activity in order to be successful.
Many organizations focus on rapid growth or public services, which often times leads to a variety of issues such as discoordination, toxicity, or drama.
In order to avoid this, we vet all potential members ahead of time. It’s important that we create a respectful and fun environment for everyone, and that means being careful about who we let into the organization, ensuring they’d be a good fit and follow the same ideals we do.
We have limited application windows for letting new members into the organization. These typically happen around the weekend and run for about 24 to 48 hours. We do this in parallel with our Spectrum branding posts.
