Phoenix Enterprises manufacture and supply military grade ships, weapons, equipment and munitions across the universe.
History
Phoenix Enterprises (PE) was formed to become the number one supplier of military grade ships, weapons, munitions and equipment in the universe, offering nothing but the latest high-tech high quality goods available. With devoted and professional members Phoenix Enterprises will rise to be a corporation that one can rely on with when arming their fleets.
Phoenix Enterprises consists of two branches, Corporate and Military. The corporate branch comprises three subsidiaries: Phoenix Aerospace, Phoenix Advanced Weapons and Technologies, Phoenix Fathom and Phoenix Chemicals. These enterprises deal with resource gathering, exploration and manufacturing and are the the backbone of PE.
The Military branch is represented by the Phoenix Legion. The Phoenix Legion is concerned with the overall security of PE and all of its subsidiaries operations. The Legion is supplied and equipped with highly advanced weapon systems to efficiently ensure the best interest of PE.
The ambition is that as the corporation grows, more subsidiaries will be formed. As the Phoenix Legion will expand it may also be used as a fully equipped military grade armada to protect and expand PE space.

When you are invited or accepted as a member at PE you start out as a generalist. In this position you are free to try out and operate in any of our subsidiaries or the Phoenix Legion and jump between them.
If you find a certain subsidiary or aspect of Phoenix enterprises that particularly interest you and that you want to focus on, you may advance in that area and become a specialist.
Specialists who show loyalty and ambition will be considered for an officer position.
It is perfectly fine if you prefer to stay as a generalist and operate in different areas, but if you want to become an officer you first have to specialize within a certain field.

Our goal is to build a highly social organization with a friendly atmosphere and to have professional players. We want to create a platform where members can and want to work and create together. Collaboration is essential in order to strive.
As a member of Phoenix Enterprises you will have a number of privileges some of which will be:
*Become a part of a strong network of devoted and skilled players.
*Have insurance costs related to destroyed ships fully covered by the organization. (WIP)
*Operate with the security and protection provided by the Phoenix Legion.

Charter
Phoenix Enterprises is a fairly flat organization with only three hierarchical levels. At the top we have the board: Founder, CEO, Admiral and the head of each subsidiary.
The second level comprises the officers in the subsidiaries and in the Phoenix Legion.
The third level consists of all the generalist and the specialists.
Phoenix Enterprises will be concerned with several aspects of Star Citizen but will initially be focusing on: Manufacturing, Resources gathering, Trading, Security and Exploration.
Following are the subsidiaries that will be present at launch. More subsidiaries will be founded as the organization grows.
Phoenix Aerospace construct, repair and maintain ships, stations and equipment. Together the employees will gather and build. The motto is quality over quantity and our customers except nothing but utmost quality and precision. Phoenix Aerospace builds a range of vessels with a high degree of customization based on customer preferences.
Phoenix Fathom is a subsidiary concerned with the exploration of the universe. The primary function is to find celestial bodies, asteriod fields and other resources located across the universe. The mapping of the universe is either used to expand our resource gathering operations , or sold to other organizations.
Phoenix Chemicals harvest natural gas clouds and other gather resources that are used to fuel missiles and rockets. The subsidiary are also in charge of the division experimating with the development of chemical warfare.
Phoenix Advanced Weapons and Technologies [PAWT] research and develop highly advanced weapon systems. PAWT are pioneers in the construction of high-tech weapons and are experts in boosting and tweaking their products to enable maximum firepower for their customers.
Phoenix Capital offer financial services related to ship manufacturing contracts, experiment with micro loans to players and investments in other organizations. The subsidiary is also monitoring and managing the organizations treasury.
Together the subsidiaries control all aspects of the value chain in the production of ships and munitions. This enables Phoenix Enterprises to provide its customers with nothing but the best.
