Odin Inc. is a relaxed group of regular humans just looking for some regular fun. We do anything from anti-pirate, mining, bunkers, or rack up some crime stat. Get in here you filthy casuals, lets have some fun!
History
Odin Inc. was first formed in the year 2915. It began as a lucrative mining business, taking advantage of the riches found within The Coil of the Odin system. It was never an easy task to mine within Odin. The climate is harsh and the infamous energy storms were enough to scare off many enterprising organizations. They came for the easy ore that they could reach when the storm clouds broke, but when easy pockets became scarce most operations fled the system. Odin Inc. remained however, and as businesses fled, pirates began taking their place. Due to the increasing lack of legitimate businesses in the area, Odin Inc. found itself in dire need of security forces for their mining operations. It was then that Odin formed its own security corps.
The inception of Odin Inc.‘s own security branch would be the benchmark for what would eventually be a large, multifaceted organization. As time went on and Odin became increasingly more dangerous it became apparent that mining there would not always be sustainable. With this revelation Odin Inc. endeavored to expand its horizons and pursue opportunities in other systems. It was said that the Stanton system held promise of hospitable planets and ample business opportunities. Odin Inc. found its footing there by offering its now robust and well trained security force as hired security within Stanton.
Stanton was booming with opportunities, and though security contracts were lucrative it did not take long for Odin Inc. to identify other opportunities for expansion. A medical corps was soon established to support both the security corps and their clients, and thereafter grew to become its own branch of the organization able to perform large scale and dangerous medevac operations. As Odin Inc.‘s client base grew, so did its collection of data. Data of the landscapes, locations of various other businesses and their rivals, and the intricate relationships of various factions all began to clutter the servers at Odin Inc. With all of this data on hand it seemed a waste to simply keep the info stored, never to be used. As such Odin Inc. expanded yet again to include an intel and information security branch. Odin Inc. continued to evolve in this way as it found new enterprises to indulge in. This rapid expansion brought Odin Inc. to what it is today: a broad organization with a hand in most enterprises.
