Mission: NTSS is a professional organization that provides reliable transport and security services to its clients. Our members are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in all aspects of their work.

Membership: Membership in NTSS is open to anyone who shares our values and is committed to our mission. Members are expected to be active and engaged in the organization, and to contribute to its growth and success.

Roles and Responsibilities: Members of NTSS will specialize in one of two areas: Trade or Security. Trade members will focus on the movement of goods and resources, while Security members will work to protect transport vessels from pirates and other threats. All members will be expected to participate in group activities and training sessions.

Code of Conduct: Members of NTSS are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times. This includes treating clients and fellow members with respect and dignity, and upholding the organization’s values of integrity and honesty.

Leadership: NTSS will be led by a Council of Advisors, consisting of senior members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the organization. The Council will be responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring that all members are working towards the same goals.

Meetings: Regular meetings will be held to discuss organizational business, plan events and activities, and address any issues or concerns that members may have.

Amendments: This charter may be amended by a vote of the membership, with a two-thirds majority required for approval.
