As NovaworX’s mining operations flourished, so too did its reputation for efficiency and reliability. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and a skilled workforce, the corporation quickly expanded its reach, establishing salvage yards to repurpose derelict spacecraft and space stations for valuable materials. This diversification proved crucial as NovaworX navigated the volatile economic landscape of the verse, ensuring its continued growth and stability.

Innovation has always been at the heart of NovaworX success. The corporation spearheaded the development of advanced mining heads and advanced salvage rigs, revolutionizing the industry and cementing its position as a leader in resource extraction and reclamation. These technological advancements not only increased productivity but also allowed NovaworX to venture into increasingly hazardous environments, extracting valuable resources from asteroid fields and hostile planets alike.

However, NovaworX’s rise to prominence was not without its challenges. Rival corporations, pirate syndicates, and even hostile alien species posed constant threats to its operations. Charter

Charter of NovaworX Industries

Article I: Name and Purpose

1.1. The name of this corporation shall be NovaworX Industries, hereinafter referred to as “NovaworX” or “the corporation”. 1.1.a. For the purpose of this charter, the term “shareholders” shall mean all members and associates of NovaworX Industries, regardless of permanent employment status.

1.2. The mission of NovaworX is to engage in industrial mining, salvaging, and shipping operations within the Star Citizen universe, with the aim of acquiring, processing, and transporting valuable resources to benefit its shareholders and stakeholders.

Article II: Governance Structure

2.1. NovaworX is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine members.

2.2. The Board of Directors shall elect from among themselves a Chairperson, who shall preside over meetings and represent the corporation in external matters.

2.3. The Board of Directors shall appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporation.

2.4. The CEO shall have the authority to appoint and dismiss officers and employees of the corporation as necessary for the conduct of its business.

Article III: Shareholders

3.1. Ownership of shares in the Corporation shall confer voting rights and entitlement to dividends as determined by the Board of Directors.

3.2. Shareholders shall have the right to elect members of the Board of Directors and to vote on major decisions affecting the corporation.

3.3. Shareholders shall have access to timely and accurate financial information regarding the operations and performance of the corporation.

Article IV: Operations

4.1. The corporation shall conduct its operations in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations within the Star Citizen universe.

4.2. The corporation shall prioritize the safety and well-being of its employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.

4.3. The corporation shall strive to minimize its environmental impact and adopt sustainable practices wherever feasible.

4.4. The corporation shall maintain a fleet of spacecraft, mining equipment, salvage vessels, and transport ships necessary for the execution of its operations.

Article V: Ethics and Corporate Responsibility

5.1. The corporation shall conduct its business with honesty, integrity, and transparency, avoiding any form of corruption or unethical behavior.

5.2. The corporation shall respect the rights and dignity of all individuals and communities affected by its operations, including but not limited to employees, contractors, and local inhabitants.

5.3. The corporation shall actively contribute to the development and prosperity of the communities in which it operates, through investment in infrastructure, education, and other social initiatives.

Article VI: Amendments

6.1. This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

6.2. Any proposed amendments to this Charter shall be communicated to the shareholders in advance, and their input shall be considered before any vote is taken.

Article VII: Dissolution

7.1. In the event that the corporation is dissolved, its assets shall be liquidated and the proceeds distributed to the shareholders in proportion to their holdings.

7.2. The Board of Directors shall oversee the orderly wind-up of the corporation’s affairs and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.

Article VIII: Ratification

8.1. This Charter shall take effect upon ratification by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and approval by the shareholders.
