History

The Nebula Industrial Consortium had its humble beginnings in the wake of the fall of the empire in 2805, during a time when individual small business owners were brand new, It was founded by a visionary entrepreneur named Marcus Noctoball, who recognized the plight of these independent industrialists and sought to create an organization that would provide them access to the benefits of group play typically only available to large corporations.

Marcus Noctoball himself had experienced the challenges faced by small business owners firsthand. He had built his own successful manufacturing enterprise from the ground up, relying solely on his ingenuity, determination, and limited resources. However, he also understood that the collective strength of like-minded individuals could significantly enhance their chances of success and survival in the harsh and competitive universe of Star Citizen.

Manifesto

In pursuit of our goals to create a space where individual players can run their own ships while benefiting from the economy of scale of a larger organization, and to provide security in numbers to smaller crews of industrial workers, we, the members of the Nebula Industrial Consortium, hereby declare our manifesto:

We believe in the power of individual initiative and entrepreneurship. We provide a platform that enables our members to pursue their own ventures, make their own decisions, and take ownership of their businesses. Charter

Fair Treatment:
Treat all members of the Consortium with respect and fairness.
Avoid discriminatory or offensive behavior based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic.

Cooperation:
Collaborate and work together with other members of the Consortium to achieve maximum effectiveness strategies.
Share knowledge, resources, and information to foster a cooperative environment.

Honesty and Integrity:
Act with honesty and integrity in all interactions within the Consortium.
Do not engage in cheating, exploiting, or any other unfair practices that give an unfair advantage or harm others.

Non-Theft Policy:
Do not steal, cheat, or engage in any fraudulent activities within the Consortium.
Respect the property and resources of other members.
Any member found guilty of stealing or not paying contracts with other members will be removed and banned from the Consortium. (a simple text based agreement with agreed upon payment is a contract)

Consequences for betraying the consortium:
If a member is found guilty of stealing from another member, or selling their location and activity information the Consortium will take immediate action.
The member will be removed and banned from the Consortium.
The Consortium will hire outside services to extract the amount of money stolen from the guilty member.

Confidentiality:
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members’ information.
Do not share sensitive or personal information without permission.

Reporting Violations:
If you witness or experience any violations of this code of conduct, report them to the Consortium leadership.
Provide any necessary evidence or documentation to support the complaint.
