I. Name and Purpose

  • Name: The Merchants. Known aliases: Military Merchants, Money Merchants, or M-Merchants.
  • Purpose: A Private Military Company (PMC) in Star Citizen, specializing in trade and mercenary work. We aim to dominate through commerce and combat, building a powerful and respected organization.

II. Membership

  • Eligibility: Open to those aligned with our values of profit, honor, and unity. Members are expected to uphold these principles at all times.
  • Roles & Ranks: Members are assigned roles based on skills—traders, engineers, bounty hunters, and more. Ranks from 0 to 5 reflect your growth and contribution.
  • Code of Conduct: Professionalism, respect, and integrity are mandatory. Represent The Merchants with honor in all interactions.

III. Leadership Structure

  • Commander in Chief (Rank 5): The ultimate leader, steering strategy and representing us on the galactic stage.
  • Fleet Admiral (Rank 4): Oversees military operations, ensuring alignment with our goals.
  • Division Chiefs and Community Liaison (Rank 3): Leaders of trade, engineering, and combat units, driving their teams to success.
  • Sergeant Major (Rank 2): Experienced specialists in their respective fields—leaders among engineers, merchants, fighters, and more. They guide and mentor Rank 1 and 0 members, ensuring operational excellence.

IV. Governance

  • Decision-Making: Major decisions are discussed by leadership, with the Commander in Chief holding the final say.
  • Charter Changes: Amendments require leadership approval.
