We don’t just intend to mine, salvage, recycle, and process our own materials, but we also intend on building manufacturing base hubs in the Stanton System and different Systems in major trade lanes. While also playing the markets to branch into R&D sectors and exploration ventures and archaeology expeditions bringing back specimens and finds from the farthest corners of the empire and beyond into alien space to explore, trade, and acquire alien tech.

Keeping in good standing with the UEE, Factions, and lawful independent star systems. Goal #1:

Establish our organization, its structure, chain of command, documentation, internal systems, and experiment with what works or doesn’t, and build upon the foundations as we pivot with updates and new systems that com into the game and further refine our understanding of ingame systems, mechanics, and what can and cannot be done ingame as Star Citizen continues to evolve. As well as gaining new understanding and developing protocols to streamline our organizations operations in our divisions as getting prepared and going at times can be a chore in of itself.

Dedicated to stabilizing and growing operations in UEE controlled and independent star systems. Strategically manipulating the markets to divert resources from pirate systems. By employing the best and brightest minds in the galaxy we fully intend to utilize every member’s real world experience and chosen playstyles to use in this simulation and separate ourselves from other organizations who only see this for what Star Citizen truly is. Which is a very complex system of varying degrees of real world gamified simulation and makes best use of the in game supply and demand economy loop and systems that make Star Citizen much more than a game that must be accounted for.

Prometheus Vanguard offers two distinct paths for members to pursue: Civilian and Military. Each path provides unique opportunities for growth, leadership, and specialization. Our structured chain of command and synergy between civil and military divisions ensure that our growth will always remain stable and agile to stay on the bleeding edge of expansion and discovery while other organizations struggle to maintain order or fall apart from internal and external pressure from lack of discipline and planning.

Civilian Path

Our civilian members play a critical role in the prosperity of PVM. From mining and trading to research and development, civilians are the backbone of our organization, driving our economic and technological growth. As a civilian, you’ll have the opportunity to rise through the ranks, taking on greater responsibilities and reaping the rewards of your hard work.

Intern (C1): Learn the ropes of PVM, from culture to basic skills, while shadowing experienced members.
Productionist (C2): Operate machinery and complete daily production tasks to meet organizational quotas.

Starfinder Apprenticeships E-1 to E-3
Begin your journey by learning PVM’s culture and developing essential combat skills. Continue your training and prepare for more advanced responsibilities.
Non commissioned petty officers E-4 to E-6
Lead small teams in combat and technical roles, advancing your leadership skills.
Senior Noncommissioned Chief petty officers E-7 to E-9
Take on significant leadership roles, managing personnel and resources in critical operations.
Chief Warrant Officer CWO-1 through CWO-5
serves as a technical expert and leader in their field. Oversee Multiple ships and may lead teams of 10-25 Starfinders. Commissioned officers CO O-1 to O-10
Command fleets, lead operations, and execute high-level strategic decisions. Maintaining Order and Upholding Standards: PVM reserves the right to Demote members based on a number of factors from consistent poor performance, Commitment, and who is the best fit for the job and who can get consistent results. Review will be based on a Tribunal in which any punishments, fines, or demotions are handed down. PVM fosters a community built on mutual respect, adherence to the law, and a commitment to peaceful solutions. To maintain this environment, a system of disciplinary measures exists to address situations where members violate established protocols or engage in conduct unbecoming of a PVM member.

Appeal Process: Members found in violation of PVM standards have the right to appeal disciplinary actions.
