History
Jellyfish Corporation was born from the union of diverse and ambitious individuals who sought to shape the future of space trade and defense. The idea emerged from a shared vision of creating an organization that could offer unmatched protection to installations across the galaxy, while also providing high-quality merchandise and services to those in need.
The founders of Jellyfish, driven by their extensive backgrounds in both security and commerce, recognized a key opportunity: there was a gap in the galaxy’s defense infrastructure for smaller corporations, who lacked the resources to protect themselves. Meanwhile, the expanding trade networks presented a chance to streamline the movement of goods, creating a commercial network that was as secure as it was profitable.

We, the members of Jellyfish Corporation, pledge to uphold a unified vision for both defense and commerce. Our foundation is built on the principles of adaptability, integrity, and security. Together, we believe in the following ideals:

Charter
Article I: Purpose
Jellyfish Corporation exists to provide both defense and trade services to corporations and individuals across the galaxy. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and prosperity of those who entrust us with their needs, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
Article II: Membership
Membership in Jellyfish Corporation is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. A commitment to the values outlined in the Manifesto.
2. The willingness to contribute to the defense and/or commercial activities of the organization.
3. A strong sense of loyalty to the corporation and its members.
4. A dedication to improving their skills and standing within the organization.
Article III: Ranks and Reputation
Members will be assigned ranks based on their contributions and reputation within the corporation. These ranks will reflect their level of influence, responsibility, and standing. The ranks, from highest to lowest, are:
- Luminary
- Vanguard
- Sentinel
- Aegis
- Novus
- Initiate
Article IV: Rights and Responsibilities
All members of Jellyfish Corporation have the right to:
1. Access to defense and trade resources as required by their rank and reputation.
2. Participate in decision-making processes, especially regarding matters that affect the direction of the corporation.
3. Receive protection under Jellyfish Corporation’s banner.
4. Engage in trade, both within the organization and with external partners.
Members also have the responsibility to:
1. Abide by the principles of integrity, honor, and loyalty.
2. Act in the best interest of the corporation, prioritizing the collective success over personal gain.
3. Contribute to the defense and commercial activities of the organization.
4. Support fellow members and help maintain a harmonious and cooperative environment.
Article V: Leadership
The leadership of Jellyfish Corporation will consist of the Grand Commander, who holds supreme authority over all matters within the organization, and the Vanguard and Fleet Admirals/Trade Directors who guide the defense and commercial divisions, respectively. Leadership is earned through exceptional service, commitment, and adherence to the values of the corporation.
Article VI: Governance
The corporation will be governed by a council of senior leaders who will represent the interests of all divisions. Decisions on important matters will be made through consensus or, if needed, a vote by the council. All members will have the opportunity to present ideas and concerns for consideration.
Article VII: Code of Conduct
Jellyfish Corporation members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism. Any actions that undermine the reputation of the corporation, harm other members, or disrupt the collective mission will not be tolerated. Members found in violation of the code of conduct may face disciplinary action, including demotion or expulsion.
Article VIII: Amendments
This charter may be amended by a majority vote from the senior leadership, with input from the general membership. Any amendments will be communicated clearly to all members, and will be implemented to better serve the corporation’s mission and goals.
