INTERPOL is acting within the limits of the laws existing in the UEE and in the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
INTERPOL was established in 1923 as an attempt to begin a international police cooperation on Earth. The organization had a slow start with the failed attempt to launch the international network in 1914 and 1922 because of several countries were refusing to accept the Constitution and the lack of a functioning structure. The organization was revived after the Second World War to focus on public safety and battling environmental crime, organized crime, corruption and piracy and continued effortlessly to exist even after the first colonial flights in 2232. The organization switched name in 2380 when the United Nations of Earth was created.
INTERPOL continued to be an official organization until the United Nations of Earth [ UNE ] was succeeded by the United Planets of Earth [ UPE ] in 2523. The United Planets of Earth later gave the official responsibility of ensuring the public safety and handling of organized crime and corruption to the Advocacy after the United Planets of Earth was replaced by the United Empire of Earth [ UEE ] in 2523.
INTERPOL is mainly specialized in Security, Bounty hunting and Transport. We are working to ensure that there’s a safe environment within the borders of the United Empire of Earth. It’s done by establishing transport routes and escorting ships traveling within these routes. This is accomplished by working side by side with the police force, advocacy and a network of other security organizations.
Our organization was founded in 2004 with mostly Scandinavian members, but we became international in 2014 when the leadership decided to abandon our establishment in simple and smaller games to expand further into larger games where we could have a more realistic approach. We use a small portion of role-playing to create a working hierarchy with ranks, which in turn benefits the entire organization and also makes the planning of missions and exercises easier and the execution of them a lot more professional. We see Star Citizen as a future candidate for our reworked community and you as a part of it. Our goal is not only to be a working organization, but also a welcoming community. We’d appreciate if you are considering membership. We are already established as a community and we’ve smaller portions of members playing together in games such as War Thunder, Mount & Blade: Warband – Napoleonic Wars, Heroes & Generals, Squad and ArmA.
