Greetings, and welcome to Illumicorp. A small corporation seeking out the best possible ways to monitor and strengthen trafficking of commodities for the safety and growth of our fellow Citizens.

History

Log #2 – 07/14/2016

The manifesto and goals have been set in stone, and the Codex Illuminatus has been fully established as Illumicorp Law.

Log #1 – 6/30/2016:

The grand birth of Illumicorp.

Manifesto

The Illumicorp’s fundamental purpose is to establish peaceful relations with influential figure heads and organizations as an effort to enhance the growth of all fellow Star Citizens under the Illumicorp Council. Leaders of these organizations will be invited to join the council so that all leaders have an equal ground to easily communicate. Our goal, by doing this, as stated before, is to establish a better tomorrow for our fellow Star Citizens. With perhaps all of the greatest organizations under one grand alliance, our citizens can feel more at ease with the vast range of possible benefits to come as the council grows. The goals and hopes of this council are as follows:

Enhance the economy.

Our goal is to communicate with all influential corporations with trade in mind to establish faster, safer trade routes to reach destinations to maximize the corporate profits and to meet and satisfy the consumers needs and desires. With multiple corporate entities, it will be far clearer to communicate intelligence regarding dangerous areas and places with less traffic. With this open form of communication among the corporations, we can ensure the elimination of any possible inner conflict that may hinder the economic growth of our fellow Star Citizens.

Establish better security.

With possible PMC’s and other similar organizations within our council, we hope through the open communication of our council that better, more organized strategies of protecting our fellow Star Citizens can be arranged; with greater numbers as well. We can ensure alliances and organizations under the Illumicorp Council is granted protection with a vast network of PMC’s with the similar goal in mind of establishing a better tomorrow. With this, we can secure trade routes and centers of trade from the grips of pirates. We will also have a wider range of intel, so we can detect larger threats and prepare for it together under a single banner and commence evacuation protocols of our non-combatant Star Citizens.

Expansive exploration.

Our plan is to unite with exploratory organizations who are willing to help scout ahead to aid the growth of our economy and security of the Illumicorp Council. With a vaster array of exploratory alliances wishing to serve a greater good, we can gather intelligence of better planets and strong holds, discover areas riddled with pirates that traders can avoid, and just over-all improve the quality of life of our fellow Star Citizens. The more of these organizations who wish to cooperate with our goals, the more services we can provide to the rest of the alliances and council members of Illumicorp.

Galactic diplomacy.

In the end, the ultimate goal of Illumicorp is to create an equalized, diplomatic space for all organizations and Star Citizens to feel at home at. To bring forth an era of peace, communication, and growth. We do not feel the need or desire to benefit from the extortion of others, but instead to benefit of the cooperative efforts of the citizens, hand-in-hand, to make a difference. To make a stand and a pledge against the corruption and tyranny that darker forces inhibit. We at Illumicorp do not strive to gain from another’s loss. We strive for a system where everyone benefits.

Charter

Codex Illuminatus:

Individuality.

While we frown upon acts that go against our goals of establishing a better tomorrow, we do our best to maintain the individuality each organization and Star Citizen brings to the table within our council. Free thought and expression shall be acceptable as long as it does not go against the Codex Illuminatus. Free speech is accepted among the council, within obvious reason.

Cooperation.

Our primary goal is to obviously establish a cooperative, open effort for organizations and alliances under the Illumicorp Council. While we previously mentioned that individuality is a great form of expression; it is to be within reason. Any form of expression that hinders the cooperative efforts of the majority of the council is to cease and desist, and if persisted, will face exile from the council. Ambassadors can set up court sessions to oversee more smaller conflicts between council members that do not directly influence the rest of the council. Cooperation and communication is key to our expansion, and we must understand that a balance is crucial to all things. Respect each other.

Democracy.

The hope is to set up a some-what democratic structure within the council when big issues need to be tackled. Problems will be faced with a direct democratic vote, and problems will be faced dependent on the results acquired by the votes. All council members maintain the right to assemble and petition for as long as it does not go against the Codex Illuminatus, and all council members maintain the right to vote. During times of voting, demonstrations and assemblies shall be established so singular speakers can express their ideas to the council without interruption. An organized demonstration and debate structure must be established to increase the dialectal thought among our council members. All voting sessions must be overseen by a Supreme Council member or higher.

Military.

All forms of violence and aggression within and between the council and Illumicorp is counter-intuitive to the cooperative structure the Illumicorp desires to establish. We will not tolerate inner conflicts that lead to warfare. We wish to maintain open communication and to find the most diplomatic ways to to ensure everyone is happy and benefiting. We shall also not tolerate militaristic decisions that express any form of aggression or violence against any external Star Citizens that have not waged any conflict with us first. We do not throw the first punch unless we democratically agree to do so. If possible, any use of force is to be avoided; but we understand and recognize diplomacy cannot always be established with foreign threats. So all Star Citizens of the Illumicorp are given the protected right to bare arms so that they can defend themselves during times of strife.

Justice.

All Star Citizens under the Illumicorp are given the right to a fair trial and investigation by the High Arbitor and/or the Ambassadors. Supreme Council officials may be elected to carry out the trial and investigation by the High Arbitor and/or the Ambassadors to oversee problems deemed “smaller”. All Star Citizens all maintain Double Jeopardy rights, meaning a single offending entity cannot be tried twice or more for the same “crime” they may or may no have committed against the Illumicorp and/or the Codex Illuminatus. Star Citizens are free from cruel and unusual punishments within the Illumicorp.

Economy.

Under no circumstance should any individual be extorted, black-mailed, or manipulated for any reason within or outside the Illumicorp unless it’s against our direct enemies. We are a cooperative organization helping each other for the expansion of our fellow Star Citizens. Under no circumstance should any form of “tax” be implemented within the Illumicorp system unless democratically voted in by the majority of the council. All Star Citizens are given the right to refuse taxation without discrimination, as any form of implemented taxes established by the council are to be considered “a charitable offer” rather then “enforced”. Taxation within the Illumicorp that has not been approved/voted in by the council will hold considerable consequences, especially if it is enforced.
