History Manifesto Charter

History

Imperial Logistics Handling was founded in 2902 and operated a small fleet transporting mainly basic goods and manufacturing materials between a small group of systems. Utilizing a limited number of small vessels allowed ILHS to offer fast transport, but as economies and manufacturing grew they slowly began to be pushed out of the business by operators utilizing slower moving but much higher capacity transport vessels.

In 2933 ILHS was sold off, along with all of it’s assets to a small group of private investors. Assuming the responsibilities of the business, the new ownership quickly refurbished and in turn sold off many of the smaller vessels, deciding to focus the business on mid-capacity transport, operating ships that filled the gap between small, quick turnaround deliveries and high capacity slow turnaround large freighters.

ILHS continues to operate some small transport vessels, using the success of the rest of the business to etch out it’s own place, flying small craft like the Aurora and Avenger Titan to offer safe, expedient delivery. These operations are supplemented by the fleet of larger craft including the Drake Caterpillar and Freelancer Max.

Manifesto

ILHS is operated and controlled directly by an executive board that handles the day to day operations of the company, as well as working directly for the company fly vessels.

ILHS guarantees to all of it’s customers, fast, reliable, safe, and discreet transport of all of their goods from origination to destination. Whether delivering a letter or manufacturing goods, all packages will be treated with the same level of respect and dedication with which we would treat our own belongings.

ILHS is permitted and licensed to operate anywhere in unrestricted UEE controlled space as well as being permitted to operate into disaster and active combat zones to provide material support and humanitarian assistance where it is needed. When needed, Imperial Logistics also operates a number of Drake Cutlass Red Search and Rescue craft to recover lost explorers, EVA pilots, and those struck by natural disasters or Vanduul raids.

Charter

ILHS Charter

All members of Imperial Logistics Handling Services (IHLS, Imperial Logistics, etc.) act as direct representatives of the company while performing company work or while off duty and will, in accordance with all company rules, maintain a professional, safe attitude at all times. While on duty employees of Imperial logistics will operate all craft, whether company owned leased, or privately held, that contain customer cargo in a safe manner. All pilots engaged in the transport of goods or other services for a customer will ensure that all craft used are properly and safely maintained and all services will be provided in the most expedient manner that does not compromise the safety of the vessel, crew, or cargo.

All employees and customers agree to discretion for all transporting or other services offered by ILHS, and will treat all company customer relationships, communications, and agreements as confidential material that will not be passed to anyone to which the information is not relevant or could be damaging to the company-customer trust relationship. Any breach of information will be immediately brought to the attention of all interested parties including company executives, customers, and law enforcement where applicable.

Imperial Logistics Handling Services agrees to comply with all written UEE, local planetary, or other official entity (IE Banu) law. ILHS will comply to the extent the law requires with any reasonable request and only with a warrant presented at the time of request. Imperial Logistics will not consent to illegal or unauthorized search or scans of any of its vessels, nor will any information held on company computers or networks be made available, and guarantees the utmost discretion when working with customers. Privacy and trust are paramount to our business and our relationship with our customers and will be given number one priority.

All payments for services provided will be made at the completion of the duties discussed during the arrangement period. ILHS reserves the right to request a down payment to be paid prior to the initiation of a mission at its own discretion and without explanation.

In the interest of transparency and security, all employees and contractors will refrain from having any other organizational affiliations hidden or redacted from the public.
