Article I: Purpose
ID10.T, Inc. is established as an industrial organization within the Star Citizen universe, dedicated to mining, salvage, and cargo hauling. Our mission is to provide a reliable and profitable framework for our members, delivering critical resources and goods across the galaxy.
Article II: Core Principles

We conduct our operations with honesty and fairness, both within our Org and in our dealings with others.
2. Collaboration Success in the ‘Verse requires teamwork. We work together to achieve our collective goals, valuing every member’s contribution.

Article III: Membership
1. Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals who share ID10.T’s values and commitment to industrial excellence.
2. Rights Every member has the right to participate in Org activities, propose initiatives, and vote on major decisions affecting the Org.
3. Responsibilities Members are expected to contribute actively to the Org’s operations, respect their peers, and uphold the Charter’s principles.
Article IV: Organizational Structure
1. Board of Directors The Board oversees the strategic direction of the Org, ensuring its long-term success. Key positions include:
● Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Leads the Org and represents ID10.T in official capacities.
● Chief Operations Officer (COO): Manages day-to-day operations and logistics.
● Chief Security Officer (CSO): Ensures the safety of all assets and personnel during missions.
