Charter of GX4 Interstellar LLC

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: Name
This organization shall be known as GX4 Interstellar LLC, hereinafter referred to as “GX4.”

Section 2: Purpose
GX4 is formed with the purpose of uniting space enthusiasts from all backgrounds under a common goal of fostering interstellar exploration, cooperation, and immersive roleplay. The organization aims to create a thriving community that embraces diversity, encourages collaborative storytelling, and engages in daring expeditions across the cosmos.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership in GX4 is open to all individuals who share a passion for space exploration, roleplay, and cooperation. There shall be no discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, or any other factor.

Section 2: Application and Acceptance
Prospective members may apply to join GX4 through the organization’s designated channels. Membership acceptance shall be subject to review and approval by the founders or designated officers to ensure alignment with GX4’s principles and values.

Section 3: Rights and Responsibilities

Article III: Organization Structure

GX4 shall be led by the founders and designated officers, who form the Council. The Council shall oversee the organization’s day-to-day affairs, make decisions on behalf of GX4, and ensure the welfare of the community.

Section 2: Departments and Divisions
GX4 may establish various departments and divisions, each focused on specific aspects of exploration, roleplay, or organizational administration. Department leaders shall be appointed by the Council and responsible for managing their respective areas.

Article IV: Code of Conduct

All members of GX4 shall adhere to a Code of Conduct that promotes respectful and inclusive behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful conduct towards fellow members or other individuals shall not be tolerated.

Section 2: Roleplay Guidelines

Article VI: Combat and Self-Defense

Section 1: Non-Aggression Principle
GX4 Interstellar LLC shall adhere to a strict policy of non-aggression and peaceful coexistence. Members shall refrain from engaging in senseless violence, initiating unprovoked attacks, or promoting any form of hostile behavior towards other organizations or individuals within the universe.

Section 2: Self-Defense and Protection of Property
While GX4 upholds the value of non-aggression, it also recognizes the need for self-defense and the protection of its members and property. In the face of imminent threats or attacks, GX4 reserves the right to defend itself and its assets to the fullest extent necessary.

Section 3: Proportional Response
In the event of an aggression towards GX4 or its members, any defensive actions taken by the organization shall be proportionate to the level of threat faced. The Council shall assess the situation and authorize appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of the community.

Section 4: Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution
GX4 shall actively pursue diplomatic channels to resolve conflicts or disputes whenever possible. Dialogue and negotiation shall be preferred methods to address disagreements and maintain peaceful relations with other organizations and individuals.

Section 5: Reporting Incidents
Any instances of aggression, harassment, or hostile behavior towards GX4 or its members shall be promptly reported to the Council. The Council shall investigate the incident and determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with the organization’s principles.

Article VII: Discord Server Access and Non-Disclosure Rules for Organization-related Dealings

To ensure a secure and productive environment for all members participating in organization-related discussions, we have established the following access and non-disclosure rules. By joining and using our server, you agree to abide by these rules.

:Server access:

Section 1: Membership Approval
Access to the organization’s Discord server is open for all but access to restricted channels and information is for approved members only. To gain access, you must either be a current member of the organization or have received an invitation from a designated administrator, recruiter, or member.

Section 2: Verification Process
During the joining process, you might be required to verify your discord account with two step verification for security reasons – not if not holding admin or moderator access in the DC server this might not be required..

Section 3: No Unauthorized Sharing
Do not share the server’s invite link with anyone who is not an approved member of the organization, unless acting as a recruiter. Unauthorized sharing of the invite link may result in immediate removal from the server. Do not go to other ORGs and spam the link there – we do not abide by back door recruiting, and will not tolerate it from our own members.

Section 4: Multiple Accounts
Each member should have only one account on the server. Using multiple accounts for personal gain or to circumvent rules will not be tolerated.

Section 5: Discord access for non-members and or affiliates
Depending upon standing and history with the org you may or may not have your access to the Discord Server limited or removed. we are generally an open and accepting group of people however we reserve the right to remove anyone from the server should they fail to follow the rules or abide by our charter while flying as a wingman with us during official org activities.

:Non-Disclosure Rules:

Section 5: Confidential Discussions
Some channels on the server might be designated for confidential discussions related to organization matters. Any information shared in these channels should be treated as strictly confidential.

Section 6: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By using the organization’s Discord server, you are implicitly bound by the organization’s non-disclosure agreement. This means that any information discussed within the server or shared by members should not be disclosed to anyone outside of the organization without proper authorization.

Section 7: Sensitive Information
Refrain from discussing sensitive or confidential information in public channels. Use designated private channels for discussions that require a higher level of privacy.

Section 8: Data Security
If you share files or documents within the server, ensure that they do not contain any sensitive or confidential information before posting them.

Section 9: Reporting Violations
If you suspect or witness any breach of non-disclosure or unauthorized sharing of information, please report it to the server administrators immediately.

Section 10: Respect for Others
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of your fellow members. Do not pry into or inquire about matters that are not directly relevant to your responsibilities or involvement within the organization.

Section 11: Warning
In case of a minor violation, you may receive a warning from the server administrators.

Section 12: Temporary Suspension
Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary suspension from the server for a specified duration.

Section 13: Permanent Ban
Serious breaches of non-disclosure or other server rules may lead to a permanent ban from the server.
