History of the great toast squadron
The history of toast
Over 1000 years on and Toast is still one the most common breakfasts for humankind. Since the discovery of a method of general heating using an alloy of nickel and chromium in 1905, general heating appliances such as the toasters were created as a result. Due to the high resistivity and non oxidization behavior of the alloy, it can be heated up to high temperatures without oxidizing unlike metals such as iron that rust easily.
Toasters became common everyday appliances used in homes by the 21st Century. This is where our story begins…
Foundations
During the early parts of the 21st Century, a group calling themselves “Great Toast Alliance” emerged; a group created by a new generation for one simple reason: the appreciation of having Great Toast.
While they were insignificantly small at first, their numbers grew larger over time.
An organisation begun
By the end of the 22nd century, the group were well known through-out Earth. While their main goal at first was just to appreciate toast, to members the meaning was much greater – to appreciate every day of life through little things that we do: such as eating toast every morning!
Members of their community were widespread throughout Earth and throughout the Solar System, fulfilling many different tasks and roles that ensured the advancement of the human race.
Their numbers were not huge; not until it neared the 23rd Century. But they always believed that strength did not come in numbers, but rather that strength came with courage, hope and heart.
The beginning of great toast squadron
Many Centuries past; colonization, space travel, extra-terrestrial life-forms. Technology advanced and the organisation only grew stronger as time went on.
With space travel now becoming available to everyone, there was so much more potential. To spread our word: to help keep the good in this universe.
The Squadron was created for all those Explorers, Freelancers, Bounty Hunters, Miners…for every task which required members to go to the greater beyond. Their purpose: to spread the word.
Our journey begins now
The history of our organisation has been set. We set one eye to the past, and one to the future.
We are only here to ensure the good. That is all we have ever done. In order to that, we begin the day by eating a piece of Toast…

Hello fellow Citizens! We are the Great Toast Squadron!
A little bit about us
We like to see ourselves as pioneers. We love exploring, scouting, freelancing. Doing what it takes to uncover new distant planets and places.
We are always looking for new members and to establish new trade route with other organizations.
We love to get involved when the game gets tough. But we are also interested in diplomacy and may establish a partnership with other organizations to face common goals.
While our organization’s main purpose is to freelance and explore, we are open to do all sorts of other activities such as Bounty Hunting, Engineering, Infiltration, Scouting, Trading and more!
Our organization is about enjoying what we do in the game – working as a team achieve goals which we set as a team.
We are a squadron. We are a team. We are a unity. We stand and fight as one.
A few simple rules we live by
1) We treat all of our members equally. No one is considered worthless because they are too weak or “not skilled enough”
2) All members have an equal say in how our organisation is run
3) If attacked, we fight as one. No one gets left behind

Becoming a part of great toast squadron

Thank you for visiting and taking interest in our organization page; Great Toast Squadron. If you are interested in joining our community, read all the information below and make sure you agree with it before heading over to our recruitment page.
Some requirements to read before you apply:
- Great Toast Squadron do not discriminate against anyone. Anyone can join the team regardless of gender, race or religious beliefs. We do not tolerate any kind of decimation which may result in a ban if found saying anything out of line. If it is not clear as to what you should be saying, this is probably not the organization for you.
- Give others a chance to speak – especially new members
- Our Method of communication is Teamspeak 3. This might seem old fashioned considering we are in the 31st Century, but it is much easier for us to maintain contact between one another.
- A headset is a must – for clear communications without too much background noise
- While being a team-based organization, there is no particular task you have to be doing while in the organization. You are free to do what you want to do! However, we do like to work together to achieve goals for the good of our organization, and as a member, would very much appreciate your assistance in achieving those goals.
- Finally, but most importantly – have fun! We’ll see you in the verse!!
Activity
Members do not have to be online all the time – we are not a hardcore organization. We ask that members join us on Teamspeak and in-game on a fairly regular basis.- This does no necessarily mean that you are required to join us every day – we understand that everyone has their own person business to go about, and we respect that. We will not kick our members if they are away for several days, weeks or even months.
- We only ask that a core member of the organization is informed of any vacancy required before going.

Once you have been accepted, you will be invited to our Teamspeak server to meet our current members.

We love to get involved when the game gets tough. But we are also interested in diplomacy and may establish a partnership with other organizations to face common goals.
Trading
Trading partners are always useful to have in an ever-expanding Universe with en ever growing need for resources. We are always looking establish new trade routes with other organizations.
