Camaraderie Above All: We are more than just a group; we are a brotherhood and sisterhood bound by mutual respect, trust, and the thrill of adventure. Every member is a valued comrade, and together, we are unstoppable.

Zero Tolerance for Drama: Leave your egos and conflicts at the door. Grey Beard Industries thrives on a drama-free environment where the focus is on fun and friendship. We stand together, without friction or discord.

Inclusivity and Respect: We welcome all who share our values. Discrimination, toxicity, and disrespect have no place in our ranks. We celebrate diversity and embrace each member’s unique contribution.

Grey Beard Industries Org Charter

Purpose:
Grey Beard Industries (GBI) is a collective of mature Star Citizens dedicated to fostering camaraderie and having fun while exploring the vast universe of Star Citizen. We value friendship, teamwork, and a drama-free environment. Our mission is to create memorable experiences and enjoy the game to its fullest potential, without any of the nonsense.

Core Values:

Respect: Treat all members with respect, regardless of rank or experience. We’re here to build each other up.

No Drama: Zero tolerance for drama, toxic behavior, or personal conflicts. We’re here to have fun, not to argue or cause trouble.

Inclusivity: Everyone is welcome, as long as they share our values and are here for a good time. No discrimination of any kind.

Teamwork: Collaboration and cooperation are key. Whether it’s mining, combat missions, or exploration, we work together for the benefit of all.

Mature Fun: We’re adults who know how to have a good time. No need for immaturity or childish antics. Ok.. so maybe some childish antics and dad jokes but keep it out of the annoying stage lol

Membership:

Eligibility: Open to all players who align with our values and are looking for a laid-back, supportive community.

Application: Simple and straightforward. Just apply here, presuming you are viewing this from the RSI website. if not, go there and find us to apply

Conduct: Be excellent to each other. Don’t be a diminutive of Richard. Any member caught griefing, hacking (as in trying to modify star citizen files for personal gain), or abusing other members will be dealt with swiftly.

Activities:

Exploration: Venture into uncharted territories and share the discoveries.

Mining: Resource gathering to build and support our fleet.

Combat Missions: Protecting our interests and engaging in coordinated combat.

Salvaging: Salvage missions looking for the big score

Plus anything new and fun that makes it into the game.

Leadership: Our leadership structure is minimal and informal, reflecting our commitment to equality and mutual respect. Leaders are here to facilitate fun and ensure a smooth experience for all members. Officers will be created in order to assist in administrative duties of the Org.

Communication: We use in-game communication and a designated Discord server for coordination and social interaction. Keep it respectful and engaging. (or at least make it funny enough to have a giggle at)
