History

GMO started around the first week of the Rainbow Six: Vegas multiplayer demo/beta on Xbox 360 by Dark and KD. We are a small and tight group not looking for numbers, but loyal and quality members.

*Entry or removal to our organization is at our discretion and time frame. We are not trying to be the biggest group out there, but the closest and most effective at what we do. Most recruits are in that role for at least 6 months, some longer, until we feel they’re worthy of being part of our family. There is no limit to how many or how little we have in numbers, only that those who are here, must fit here.

    Ranks & Roles
  1. Board Member – Leadership, the top of the organization and the deciding factor for it.
  2. Manager – Clarity, you think only about bettering the organization and have the experience and trust to help make decisions for the organization.
  3. Supervisor – Knowledge, you have shown you know how to lead and have proven that you look out for the greater purpose of the organization.
  4. Senior Member – Perseverance, you have shown loyalty and leadership and are capable of guiding a team to success.
  5. Member – Acceptance, you have proved your worth and have been officially accepted into the organization.
  6. Recruit – Proving point, the rank in which you must prove your worth to our organization.
  • Owner- Has complete access to GMO and the utmost respect
  • Human Resources – Manages members, ranks, and roles
  • Recruiter – Handles all applicants
  • Marketer – Handles all branding and marketing

*Commanders and higher are the only ranks authorized to accept jobs on behalf of the organization.

Do everything in your power to not create a negative outlook on the organization or it’s leadership. Keep all internal issues within the organization. Remember, if you don’t want to be here, you don’t have to.
