We, the members of this organization, wish to establish the foundation of our syndicate in order to offer opportunities, organization, safety, and protection to the men and women of the darker lifestyle to create an environment of profit and gain to all members willing to cooperate.

The following rules are in place for the benefit of everyone in the Division;

Behavior

All recognized members of the Gladius Division will treat each other with relative respect and helpfulness in times of need.
After all, you would want others to do this for you.
Each member will acknowledge their betters, understanding that their position was earned.
Selfishness can be expected from others in the Division, due to the overall violent and thieving nature of most criminals.
However, this should never overcome you to the point of violence toward another member.

Engagements

If two members happen to have a mutual disagreement or quarrel which can not be settled with words, duels are allowed.
A willing middleman for an official duel must be found and used, counting from 5.
Prior to this, a set of weapons must be decided on and used by both parties, never involving explosives or any ship.
The surviving party wins the argument, and the argument will never extend to two or more duels.
