Ghost Mercs has been around since 2950 and has established a strong foundation for its future.

Charter of the Ghost Mercs – Year 2953

Article I: Name and Purpose
1.1 Name: The organization shall be known as “Ghost Mercs,” a cutting-edge sci-fi Private Military Company (PMC).
1.2 Purpose: The Ghost Mercs are established to provide top-tier mercenary services, specializing in advanced technology, covert operations, and defense solutions for clients across the galaxies.

Article II: Mission and Values
2.1 Mission: The Ghost Mercs are committed to ensuring galactic peace and security by offering exceptional expertise in combat, intelligence, and strategic support.
2.2 Values: The core values of the Ghost Mercs shall include integrity, loyalty, innovation, and professionalism. Our actions and operations will always be guided by ethical principles and a respect for intergalactic law.

Article III: Organizational Structure
3.1 Leadership: The Ghost Mercs shall be led by a Board of Directors, comprised of experienced individuals with extensive knowledge in military affairs, technology, and interstellar diplomacy.
3.2 Units: The organization shall be divided into specialized units, each responsible for a specific area of expertise, including Combat Units, Intelligence Division, Technology & Research Wing, and Logistics & Support Division.

Article V: Operations and Contracts

Article X: Dissolution
10.1 Dissolution: In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets of the Ghost Mercs shall be transferred to a designated charitable or humanitarian organization with a mission aligned with the values of the PMC.

This charter is hereby established as the guiding document of the Ghost Mercs, effective as of the year 2971, to be upheld by all members and affiliates of the organization.
