In order for our organization to run smoothly, I ask for the following:

1. Respect – Do not only respect your superiors, but your subordinates as well. Harassment, racism, patronizing, etc. will not be tolerated.

2. Professionalism – Be polite and courteous to customers, no exceptions.

3. Follow Orders – Do your job to the best of your ability, if a senior officer tells you to do something: do it. But remember: experience trumps rank in most cases.
