IIB exists as a holding and investment corporation across multiple aspects of Star Citizen. The long term goal of the Interstellar Investment Bank is to generate profit for its members, partners, and customers.
Since many game mechanics are speculative at this time, the primary focus for IFG is to lobby Star Citizen development to include as many market oriented and player driven systems as possible. It is our stance that the game cannot persist without emergent game play, and that the best drivers for this are dynamic and scarce resources, corporate organization tools, and trade incentives.

Manifesto
Pushing economic boundaries
In order to make light of development and design failures, through any means possible, the Interstellar Finance Group will seek to enable new and veteran players the capability to bypass paywalls implemented by Star Citizen, and encourage player interaction with 3rd party tools until such time that Cloud Imperium games enables efficient player trade and player controlled goods and services inside the game. We seek to bridge the gap between the haves and have not players & form a mutually beneficial community to circumvent the lack of design in the [current] Star Citizen economy. Providing an incentive for those with excess capital to turn a profit, and give back to the community in a way that enables new and low dollar backers to experience what Star Citizen has to offer.
