Manifesto

Fenris Corporation was founded with but a single goal in mind: Making security affordable for everyone. As an experienced UEE-Navy officer, Garrit Soldner knew the simple truth of intergalactic commerce and travel – that security reached as far as the weapons mounted on your ship.
While acknowledging, that the UEE does everything in it’s power to keep the civilians safe, it is a simple matter of fact, that the universe is a vast place the government simply cannot protect as a whole. Even private corporations could not accomplish that, but they could protect those in need of protection and do their best to fight those preying on the honest and hardworking men and women risking their lives every day to keep the machinery of UEE commerce rolling.
However this system was flawed in his eyes, as many security corporations were rather targeting big corporations as their prefered clients, not the humble citizen who carried 35 tons of ore from the asteroid field to the refinery. Those had to rely on independent freelancers, whose credibility mostly depended on hearsay, not facts and trust.

Charter

  • §1 Fenris Corporation hereby declares that it will uphold any laws of the jurisdiction the pilots operate within. All employees of the corporation are regularly trained and informed about changes in law within the UEE and allied territories.
  • §1.1 Should an employee of Fenris Corporation violate against §1, he or she may be put on disciplinary action and/or may get a fine, substracted from the salary at the end of the month, in addition to any official juristical measures taken by official sides.
  • §1.1.1 Should an employee repeatedly violate against §1, Fenris Corporation withholds the right to dismiss the employee without further notice or recompensation, in addition to any official juristical measures taken by official sides.
  • §1.2 The clients of Fenris Corporation have to declare that they are not breaking the law of the local jurisdiction and thus enable the corporation to uphold §1.
  • §1.2.1 If it can be proven that the client is knowingly breaking any laws, Fenris Corporation nullifies any ongoing contracts with the client without any right of recompensation and may help local authority to arrest the client and confiscate the illegal substances.
  • §2 Every employee of Fenris Corporation has to avoid hurting the image and reputation of the corporation as long as they are at work and/or wearing the uniform of Fenris Corporation.
  • §2.1 Should an employee of Fenris Corporation violate against §2, he or she may be put on disciplinary action and/or may get a fine, substracted from the salary at the end of the month.
  • §2.1.1 Should an employee repeatedly violate against §2, Fenris Corporation withholds the right to dismiss the employee without further notice or recompensation.
  • §3 Fenris Corporation does not tolerate any racial or gender discrimination within it’s staff and will act accordingly to the severity if an employee violates against this paragraph.
  • $4 Every employee of Fenris Corporation is required to be polite to his or her coworkers, clients and members of official or other organizations and/or species.
