We are the org for people who don’t want an org. A home for wayward souls that have found orgs to be too restricting and cumbersome. We’re a home when you want it, support when you need it, and a community to have fun with. Come check us out -> https://discord.gg/9Dg6aeYbCF

History

History…. or is it “His” story, or is it your story?

Simply put we’re the org that isn’t an org… We formed as a core group of players that came from orgs and ended up leaving due to politics, gaming commitments, competing agendas, etc. You won’t find many of us here, our visible numbers on Spectrum won’t thrill you… but our Discord will. Our community will. The way we work will.

So how do we work? Well, check us out on discord, or read our manifesto and charter. We’re simple, low drama, but highly organized when it comes to gaming together… or not. Pick your poison, it’s all good with us.

Manifesto

Welcome to The Expendables!

A message from the Wing Commanders,

We are a team of players that are passionate about Star Citizen and while we can say many things, we think it’s important to pause on that statement. We really are just a group of good people that enjoy ourselves, the game, and each other. Some of our members are hardcore players, some are casual. We do not require our members to be anything but genuine. We welcome all players that share our goals and interests. X believes in the rule that real life comes first and will never tell you to put the org over your real life, job, friends, or family.

Membership in X does not require all members to be a primary member of the X organization and may be set as affiliate. Citizens may join ‘club style’ affiliate orgs, but leadership reserves the right to blacklist organizations, or prohibit membership if said membership poses a security risk to X.
All members are allowed to do as they please but realize that you alone will maintain the burden or your reputation.

We do have a MERC division that can practice piracy but we do not sponsor it and will not use law abiding organizational assets to defend it or more importantly you. With that being said, we will not ever dictate how you play the game. Further, we will organize group activities of many varieties and there is no obligation to participate.

However, if you decide to participate in a specific activity, we ask that you follow the command of the leader of that activity. This is to ensure everybody will have a fun time playing.

Less Drama, More Fun!

Charter

Our Prime Directive

If you read our welcome message, then you have a good idea what we stand for. This is a simplified list of things we like to remember.

1) Real Life First – Never feel bad, and never put anyone down, for having to take care of real life.

2) Drama Free Zone – Most of us graduated high school years ago. Leave the teen drama in the school halls. Drama and negativity will not be tolerated.

3) Positivity Or The Highway – This should be fun. Negativity is a plague that can take over with even the slightest infiltration. Any negative members have got to go.

4) Be Respectful – Treat others the way you’d want to be treated. Treat all your fellow members and our allies with respect.

5) No Jerks Allowed – Being a jerk is not acceptable. We won’t accept jerks as clients, vendors, or members. We will never be jerks. Life’s too short.

6) Each one, Teach one – We all know something and we all have questions. Ask, Answer, teach. Do the best for yourself and your organization. This ideal should be lived and remembered every day!

7) We Play The Game We Have – The game is still being built, right beneath our feet. Plan for the future, but be well familiar with the present, and make the most of it.
