FACTA NON VERBA
Deeds, not words
Salvaging the Black. Securing the Lost. Fighting for those to the left and right of us on the Line.
Discipline, Loyalty, Honor, and Tenacity.
Dirty Delta began as a call for those who wanted to be a cut above the rest. For those who had Determination and Resolve to fight through tough situations. For those who took pride in being able to be a cog in a machine that worked well and accomplished high goals. With the call made, they began training together to learn their fellow members strengths and weaknesses. As well as how best to use those when the time came.
Dirty Delta is a group of Infantry enthusiasts. Many former military, swat, police, operators who wanted a place to call their own have found it here. Where the skills they learned, as well as their values, could once again be utilized and appreciated by those around them. Along with the anonymity to still move freely as the heart sometimes desires.
How to best use those skills and make money was decided upon by taking up salvaging. Requiring ship boarding skills to ensure our crew’s safety, and to make sure any pirates or ‘Duul get their rewards. Security jobs to keep us connected and on our toes, so that we could still hone our skills in ship based actions. Exploration to keep the adventure alive.
Discipline. Loyalty. Honor. Tenacity.
Our emblem is a Howling Coyote on a Star Field inside a Cog. The Cog symbolizes that we are a machine of many parts that are going to work together to accomplish our goals. It also shows that while we are important and still powerful alone, we can be so much more as a group. The Star Field symbolizes that we are at home in the aether between worlds. That the Black is our home, and we respect it greatly. The Howling Coyote symbolizes our determined spirit to not lay down and be eradicated; that we will be cunning and crafty to accomplish our goals. The Coyote was known as a trickster spirit to the native North American tribes on earth in times long ago. The fact that humans actively tried and failed to eradicate them shows that they are a crafty and resilient species. It may have to go through some hard times, but it never gives up without a fight!
Dirty Delta began with Thryka and M3THOD1. Changed slightly from the path at our beginning, We continue the tradition of being a team above all else.
This PMC plans to take part in OPPF.
Dirty Delta Oath:
I hereby relinquish all personal rights to glory for the greater glory of Dirty Delta.
Delta Fights through hell and back when called.
Delta is my family, for them I would die for I know they would do no less for me.
As Delta we have no equal for we are more than one. We are cogs in the ultimate fighting machine.
Delta is Followed. All else is noise.
Delta is Skill, Delta is Intelligence, Delta is Subtle Finesse and Brute Force.
Loyalty is Delta’s Shield and Honor is Delta’s Sword.
Swift, Aggressive, and Tenacious is Delta’s Will. All foes bend to it.
Delta is the Destruction from the swirling mists.
We are Dirty Delta.
We are One.
***************************************************************
Dirty Delta focuses on having boots on the deck. We train to be the best at boarding operations, both offense and defense. We train to be the best turret gunners a pilot could ask for. We provide security for our clients. Re-Acquisitions of property that has been wrongfully taken from our employers. And act as a deterrent for those who might think that you are an easy “mark”. We will also be making forays to appropriate Vanduul salvage.
We fight to win. Only the dead fight fair. There is no such thing as overkill, but there is such a thing as a waste of ammunition/time.
To be a Delta is to understand that you are a cog in a well oiled machine, not a hero.
We explore for salvage to make sure that we can survive in the verse and ensure that the lost stories can be told as well.
We reserve the right to refuse service. Just because you have credits does not mean we will not turn you down.
Rates are determined by the description of the job, and are subject to increase should the job not be properly described.
Requirements of Dirty Delta during Operations:
1.) Immediate Attention to Orders.
2.) Work as a TEAM.
3.) Realize that you are a COG and no longer and Individual.
4.) Learn your specialty, and know your specialty’s restrictions.
Rules of our Organization:
1.) Religion, Politics, Sexuality, and Sexism have no place being discussed/ Insulted/ debated/ etc. in our org. Your views are your own. They are not to be brought up while working with our PMC. We are here to do a job. We are Here to have fun doing said job. Any reports of harassment will be investigated, and if found to be valid the perpetrators will be removed. You have been warned, ignorance is no excuse.
2.) Jokes are something everyone finds funny. Insults are something only you or a few find funny. Leave the insults out when you are with our PMC.
3.) We have Honor. Cheaters have none. DO NOT USE EXPLOITS OR HACKS. We do not abide cheaters in our org. You will be removed.
4.) Loyalty to your fellow members does not always mean you have to like them. But no matter what you must have their backs when the time calls. Do not betray that loyalty or you will become our target.
5.) You will train at your specialty, your tools, your part in the team. You will strive for excellence, because your fellow Deltas do the same. If you are found lacking we will call you on it so that you can fix the situation. We expect you to do the same for us.
6.) Your actions speak much louder than words. Remember this while you are with our PMC.
Recruitment Requirements:
1.) Must Be Mature in Mind. While growing old is inevitable, growing up seems to be optional. Maturity is knowing when to show the grown up side and when to put the childish side away. Be mature or be removed.
2.) Discordapp.com access. With the speed at which events can occur in operations, voice communications is a must. With the scope of operations that we are likely to eventually pursue, Discord has options for us to enable good command and control during said operations.
3.) While our focus will be Salvaging and the infantry elements for security, we will be looking for gunship pilots, transport pilots, Fighter escort pilots, and support personnel. While there are already some who can and will transport us to and from our jobs, having a fellow Delta in the pilot seat makes everyone feel just that much better.
4.) Understand that Loose Lips Lose Ships. Operational security is very important to ensure that we can do our jobs and get paid. If you are found to be a leak, expect to be removed.
Check back for updates and changes.
