Welcome! We are a ragtag group of degenerate active duty and military veterans and like minded individuals playing with expensive military and civilian hardware. If this tickles your pickle, strap in with DEPENDS and get ready for the shitshow!

History

Born out of the hard work and ever-growing ambitions of a small but tightly-knit group of operators working behind the scenes with minimal resources since 2951, The Department of Energy, Prospecting, Engineering, Navigation, Defense, and Salvage (D.E.P.E.N.D.S) officially came into being in the year 2953. From the very beginning, our team had its sights set on becoming a powerful contender in the ‘verse both economically and militarily. Over the years our dedication and efforts have yielded a high earning fleet of economic ships that spans multiple industries, and with the recent “tactical acquisitions” of some of the most powerful military ships currently available, we now have the proper equipment to exert our influence over multiple systems. The only thing missing is you.

Remember this: No matter how much shit the ‘verse throws at you, DEPENDS will be there to cover your six.

Manifesto

“When soldiers have been baptized in the fire of a battle-field, they have all one rank in my eyes.” – Napoleon Bonaparte

“To work with the hands or brain, according to our requirements and our capacities, to do that which lies before us to do, is more honorable than rank and title.” – Albert Pike

“I wish to preach, not the doctrine of ignoble ease, but the doctrine of the strenuous life, the life of toil and effort, of labor and strife; to preach that highest form of success which comes, not to the man who desires mere easy peace, but to the man who does not shrink from danger, from hardship, or from bitter toil, and who out of these wins the splendid ultimate triumph.” – Theodore Roosevelt
