History
Founded out of a desire to facilitate the completion of objectives inside of predictable chunks of time, catering to the lowest common abilities, and hopefully creating some processes which will inspire the creation of more corporations like it. We’ll never demand you be able to speak or hear, we’ll never ask you to use an out of band channel for organizational coordination, and we’ll also keep the text chat clean.
Manifesto
The core role of this organization is to provide some basic structures enabling profitable teamwork which are simple enough to be used by anybody, and hopefully exported to other organizations.
Demeter has temporarily retooled it’s self from a mining and hauling company to respond to the threat of the Slicers. Our entire operational priority is restoring system to a safe place to miners and traders to operate.
Charter
Looking for ship crew which does not use voice or out of band communication, and also has limited time windows to complete objectives. No cursing or counterproductive negativity. Roleplaying friendly/compatible. Satisfactory reliable team based profit is our goal.
