History
“We will reach for the stars, and then some.”
Those are the words that were spoken by our founder, Eugene Francis Riker, to John Walker Decker, in 2557, when they signed the paperwork that would incorporate Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™.
Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ has provided security services to the entirety of the known Universe for the past 500 years and has been known to accept any contract, no matter the risk. We have been contracting and establishing contacts since our companies very conception with the mindset and motto we still use to this day, set by our founder Eugene Riker, “When you need to pursue life to the fullest extent, do it in Clearweather.™” From the biggest job, to the smallest contract, we are dedicated to fulfill any and all requests. The original crews of CSCS™ consisted of mostly ex-military Terrans from the planet earth, but now, more than 400 years later, we contract and employ any and all species throughout this vast Universe, even enpoying former military members of the UEE.

The intentions of Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ are simple, to accomplish any job, for anybody, anywhere in this vast Universe. Since its conception, we have prided ourselves in holding onto our core beliefs:
Honor
Honor is an old value that is sought out for anywhere you look. We at Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ Honor any and all contracts that are setup with us. We pride ourselves with being a neutral contracting agency with no set allegiances, we will set contracts,defend, and transport for any sentient in the Universe.
Integrity
Integrity is the most precious of our core values. With other contracting agencies, some will deal behind the backs of their employers and double cross for the highest bidder or their own personal gain; not at Clearweather. We pride ourselves in
never taking double offers and defending those who (when contracted) need it the most.
Excellence in all we do
Excellence, without the sense of accomplishment that comes with excellence, everyone, everywhere would only do the bare minimum to complete tasks. When contracts are taken up by us, we complete them to the fullest extent. No backdoor, fine print, loophole experiences when employers contract with us, only the best work, done by the best Corp.
Charter
Enlisted members of Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions are expected to follow and adhere to The Uniform Code of Space Military Justice. Breaking any laws will be dealt with swiftly and justly by a jury of the defendants own peers.
THE UNIFORM CODE OF SPACE MILITARY JUSTICE

All persons, Enlisted or Commissioned, of any component, are subject to the rules and regulations presented in these text.
1. Code of Conduct
a. Members will treat all other members, of all ranks, off all races, religions, and creeds, with due respect.
b. Members are not permitted to conduct in acts of piracy outside of what is contracted out by Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™
c. The contractual obligations of Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ take president over all individual members of Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™, While under contracted missions, no other contractual obligations may be negotiated/issued/acted upon by non, high ranking officers.
d. Extortion, racketeering, and smuggling outside of set contracts is prohibited.
e. Sentient trafficking, outside of what is commanded by Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ is STRICTLY prohibited.
2. Ranks and the Chain of Command
a. All ranks must be shown due respect and all customs and courtesies must be given.
b.The chain of command must be followed at all times. Any lawful order given to a subordinate, must be followed.
3. Combat and Combatants
a. Unless persons are deemed “Lawful combatants”, murder of non-aggressors are prohibited.
b. On a members discretion, if a threat to the safety of the member, other members, or assets of Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ or contracted employer’s is called into danger, deadly force may be authorized.
c. The declaration of war and/or combat outside of what is commanded by Clearweather Security Consulting Solutions™ is STRICTLY prohibited.
