Rules of Engagement

  • First and Foremost every citizen reserves the right to defend oneself from any Harmful and or Hostile Actions.
    Never Go Down Without a Fight!

ROE 1

  • No Citizen shall willing open fire on another with the intent to kill or trigger hostile actions; this is not limited to just firing upon the vessel, Interdiction and any other act that a reasonable person would otherwise deem aggressive.

ROE 2

  • While being a member of the Fleet, no citizen shall willingly Conduct Piracy upon another player. This coincides with ROE 1.

ROE 3

  • No Citizen shall willing Conduct any Sabotage Operations against any other Group, Squadron, Organization and or Nation in the attempt to undermine, disrupt, troll, grief, gank and or any other actions deemed to be that of a Spy and or Saboteur this includes but is not limited to Griefing citizen at Stations (or even just outside of armistice zone) and others locations or situations in-which would be deemed as such.

ADEM 1

  • No Citizen shall fly the flag of another Squadron in-order to adjust ROE’s to ones self. This is called the Dual Clanning Act. The only exception is that of membership to community focused groups IE groups focused on the growth of the community and development of the game.
  • Any violations of these ROE’s may lead up to removal from the Squadron and or a Intergalactic War between groups.
  • ROE’s can not be used to negate an individual’s right to defend oneself from an attack. If, in peacetime, an individual uses force in self defense, or in the defense of others.
  • ROE violations are typically related to the use of excessive or unauthorized force or actions.
