Charter

General Conduct and Expectations of Members
I. Treat you fellow players with respect
II. You are expected to respect the chain of command and to follow the orders of your superiors to the best of your abilities

Chain of Command:
I. Rankings and Responsibilities are laid out thus, and in order from subordinate to superior:

a) Recruit – A temporary/trial rank generally used for newer members whom have had little to no experience with the organization. This rank is also given to affiliates of the organization.

b) Regular – A full member of the organization that has proved their worth to their superiors.

c) Veteran/Sergeant – A non-commissioned sub commander whose primary role is to assist officers in managing and helping coordinate operations. Veterans should expect to find themselves managing fighter wings or commanding smaller multi-crew ships if their superiors require it of them. They are also the lowest rank to have permission to recruit new members to the organization. Veterans are also advised to help organize online members and run missions, though this is not required of them.

d) Ensign – The lowest ranking officer whose primary role is to organize online members and find appropriate missions. They are also the lowest ranking member to have access to certain organization owned equipment and stockpiles which are to be used when adequate equipment may not be available. Ensigns also have the authority to make Recruits full members (ie, Regulars).

e) Captain – The second highest ranking officer who holds similar responsibilities to ensigns but has more permissions and a higher command authority. Captains have full access to most organization owned equipment and stockpiles (including capital ships) and have the additional authority to promote members to the rank of Veteran. Some Captains may also be given and allowance of organization funds to be spent on needed equipment.

f) Colonel – The highest ranking officer in the organization with near full command authority. Colonels have the ability to promote members to the rank of Ensign and if the majorities of Colonels are in agreement then they can also promote ensigns to the rank of captain. Colonels are picked by the organization heads/founders.

II. General rules of command:
- Members have full authority to operate and command their own personal craft, however they are still expected to follow the orders of their superiors to the best of their abilities.
- Only volunteers may undergo operations that are almost certain to result in their deaths, you cannot be forced to go on a suicide mission by a superior.
- If an officer deems that you are a threat to your fellow they are allowed to kill you on the spot
