History
The Banu Trade Federation is a powerful trade organization in the universe that was founded in 2137.
The Banu Trade Federation have been involved in trade and commerce for hundreds of years, and was founded to formalize and regulate their trade activities. Charter
1.The purpose of the Banu Trade Federation is to promote and facilitate trade among.
2.The Banu Trade Federation is a voluntary organization open to all individuals and organizations engaged in trade.
3.The Banu Trade Federation will work to establish and maintain fair and just trade practices among its members.
4.The Banu Trade Federation will provide a forum for the resolution of disputes among its members.
5.The Banu Trade Federation will work to protect the interests of its members against unfair trade practices by non-members.
6.The Banu Trade Federation will be governed by a council of representatives elected by its members.
7.The council will be responsible for setting policies and making decisions on behalf of the Banu Trade Federation.
8.The council will meet regularly to conduct the business of the Banu Trade Federation.
9.The Banu Trade Federation will be funded by sources as determined by the council.
10.Any changes to this charter must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the council.
