Article I: Name and Purpose
1.1 The name of the organization shall be Average Joes.
1.2 The primary purpose of Average Joes is to engage in and excel at piracy and security operations within the Star Citizen universe while fostering a mature and fun environment for all members.
Article II: Membership
2.1 Membership is open to all individuals who share our core values and spirit of adventure.
2.2 All members are expected to uphold the values of camaraderie, integrity, and respect towards fellow members.
2.3 Membership applications shall be reviewed by the leadership team, and new members will be inducted following a brief probationary period.
Article III: Structure and Roles
3.1 Average Joes shall have a hierarchical structure, with roles assigned based on experience, skills, and contributions to the organization.
3.2 Leadership positions include, but are not limited to: Captain, First Officer, Quartermaster, and Squad Leaders.
3.3 All members have the opportunity to rise through the ranks based on their dedication and performance.
Article IV: Code of Conduct
4.1 Members shall conduct themselves with maturity and respect in all interactions, both within and outside the organization.
4.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or dishonorable behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Article V: Meetings and Communication
5.1 Regular meetings shall be held to discuss organizational matters, plan operations, and strengthen camaraderie.
5.2 Communication channels shall include in-game chat, forums, and external tools such as Discord.
5.3 Members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions and share their ideas and feedback.
Article VI: Amendments
6.1 Amendments to this charter may be proposed by any member and shall be reviewed by the leadership team.
6.2 Proposed amendments shall be voted upon by the membership and require a two-thirds majority to be adopted.
