With that said, everyone is free to do and play however they want, including team leaders. Team leaders are responsible for knowing and specializing in that area of expertise though

- No members are to engage in any aggression against allies or factions that Avarice has diplomatic relations or discussions with.
- All members of Avarice must have the corporation as its main organization. (excludes Interns)
- Every member has the right to defend themselves if engaged by any aggressor.
- Members will not engage in any diplomatic discussions “for the corporation” without the approval of the board.
- Members are charged with maintaining the integrity and privacy of information within the corporation, this includes all trade secrets.
- Board Members, Directors, and Managers will not be affiliated with any other organizations (excluding “Interest Groups” i.e. 890J Owners Club).
- Those in positions of authority must learn to maintain their wealth and pass it to future generations.

- All members starting at Supervisor and up are expected to pay a 10% tax on all personal profits per week.
- Board Members pay their 10% taxes, but receive no benefits/entitlements.
- Directors (Team Leaders/Recruiters) will receive a 5% monthly return on all corporation profits/revenue.
- Managers (Team Leaders) will receive a 3% monthly return on all corporation profits/revenue.
- All supervisors will receive a share of 25% of monthly corporation profits/revenue (not to exceed 2% per member).
Board Members – total of 4 (one per team and CEO) at any given time. Positions will open when someone resigns or gets voted off by all other board members.
Directors – total of 3 (one per team) at any given time. Positions will open when someone resigns or gets voted off.
Managers – total of 6 (two per team) at any given time. Positions will open when someone resigns or gets voted off.
Supervisors – unlimited
Foreman – Active for a minimum of 1 month and recommendation required before promotion to Supervisor.
Intern – Active for a minimum of 2 weeks before promotion to Foreman.
