History
American Enterprises was originally founded by Janoy Cresva and Bralor Wallice in 2932 as a private security enterprise based out of New Austin on the planet Terra. It was originally a partnership that dealt in private security solutions and investigations. The Cresva and Wallice families were made up of politicians and “creative businessmen” who dealt in illegal inter-planetary arms trades. It was rumored that the Cresva and Wallace families had ties to almost every major successful rebellion at the time, supplying rebels or nation states with weaponry.
As the years passed American Enterprises slowly grew and became too large for the two entrepreneurs to run alone. This led to American Enterprises establishing a Board of Directors in the year 2941, by this time American Enterprises had an Eastern and Western Sector division. However, Cresva and Wallice always maintained 51% of the shares in the corporation thus solidifying the duo’s power grip in the business.

Charter
We here are American Enterprises take our work and our reputation very seriously. As such it is important to note a few key things:
- Role play is not required within the company when interacting between members, However it is required when interacting with clients or when completing contracts. This is in order to ensure a professional and focused environment for both our clients and our employees.
- Hardcore does not necessarily refer to amount of play time required, just that when online and preforming company work you are doing so to the best of your ability and with a professional attitude.
- Bonuses are awarded for excellent performance in the field. Bonuses will be based on the difficulty of the mission at hand and how well the main objectives, along with any secondary objectives are met. Bonus payouts can include but are not limited to: An increased in-game currency payout, new weapons, armor, ships or ship components. We at American Enterprises are happy to reward our members handsomely for a job well done and like to try and encourage the continuation of superb performances from our members.
- Ranks are not given, they are earned. In order to climb the ladder here at American Enterprises employees will be required to be an active and participating member within the company. Being an active participant does not mean you need to take part every single contract, but the contracts you are apart of will require you to put forth your best efforts and uphold the company standards in how you represent yourself and American Enterprises. Ranks will be given out to those who continually show themselves to be capable members and who strive to complete their assignments to the best of their abilities. Professionalism on the job is a must. Applicants for promotion will then be vetted by Team Leaders and other members in which they have worked closely with. Once the applicant is approved by their peers it will fall upon the Board of Directors to vote on the final decision. Once the vote has been passed by the Board, the promotion will be granted and along with that you will receive any bonuses and the responsibilities that accompany the new position.
- You are never locked into any one position or role within the company, one day you may be escorting a VIP through Vanduul filled air space, while the next day you are on contract to infiltrate an undisclosed client’s rival company to gather information. Here at American Enterprises there is always room for movement within the company, not only vertically through the ranks, but also laterally between departments. We will actively work with you to help you find a place where you excel and receive the most enjoyment from your job.
