Just as important are the dedicated flight crew of the company who can lock down an area with by providing air support with fighters or larger combat ships.

As the Company flourishes, it embraces novel opportunities. Spearheading expansion is the logistics division serves as the forefront of their movement. Driven by ambition and innovation, they fearlessly traverse the vast trade routes of the universe, seeking the ultimate combination of the finest deal and sky-high profits.

The members of the Raven Company are employed into the following positions:

Captain (Capt)
As the Captain of Raven Company, they hold a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its goals, much like the captain of a ship. They are primary responsibility is to effectively coordinate and oversee the overall operational response for the company, ensuring that all departments are working in harmony to achieve success.
They are the final decision holder for the administration and conduct of the company, making critical judgments to ensure its smooth functioning.

Second (2ND)
The position of Second, also known as the 2IC, is of great importance. They are responsible for assisting the Captain in managing the company and ensuring smooth operations. In the absence of the Captain, the Second assumes the overall running of the company, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
The Second works closely with the Captain, providing support and guidance to the members. As the second-in-command, they hold a crucial position that requires strong leadership and decision-making skills. They must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour in challenging situations.

Chief (Chief)
Chief is the apex of achievement for general members of the Raven Company. This distinguished position is bestowed upon members who have demonstrated unwavering commitment and dependability in the field. Through their unrelenting dedication, these individuals have proven themselves to be trustworthy and invaluable assets during operations. Their extensive experience and impeccable conduct have earned them the prestigious title of Chief.
As the pinnacle of leadership within the company, Chiefs possess the authority and final say when deployed on missions. Their decisions are held in the highest regard, with the power to shape the outcome of critical situations. Only the Captain or Second has the ability to override their verdict, showcasing the immense trust and respect placed upon their shoulders. A Chief’s presence instills confidence and assurance among team members, as they epitomize the epitome of professionalism and expertise.

Senior (Snr)
As a Senior they will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring your fellow comrades, ensuring that the company’s values and objectives are upheld with the utmost dedication. Your experience and deep understanding of our operations make you an invaluable asset to the team.

Member
Our members are the driving force behind our operations. As a full-time member, you are an invaluable asset to our team, demonstrating a remarkable level of commitment and trust amongst your peers. This position requires your undivided dedication to Raven Company, ensuring that you are not affiliated with any other operational organizations.

Affiliate
An affiliate is a friend of the company. They have shown an interest in wanting to work with the Raven Company but are not willing to commit themselves full time, or have responsibilities to other organisations.

The Raven Company is, first and foremost, about the enjoyment of the universe. Our activities range from solitary deployments to more organized group operations. Our aim is to foster a friendly environment where new or experienced members can find a place in the universe. We believe in creating an open and welcoming community where members can easily seek assistance if required and share knowledge and experience.
