OPERATIONAL POLICY

1. Respect your superior officers. They have been placed in a position of responsibility as a result of their training and fortitude, and their primary goal is to help you become a capable asset to the unit.
2. Follow orders. Without decisive action by all parts of the unit, battles will be lost. And we shall not lose.
3. Always be open. Great ideas can come from any level.
4. Strive to become better. There is never a circumstance you cannot learn from.
5. Be victorious. Every battle can be won with ingenuity and a sharp mind.
