This charter shall be evergreen and in effect until such time that the officers of Mercantile, Military & Mining Services Limited (3MSLTD) otherwise noted as “The Company” or “Company” unanimously disenfranchise the business venture.
Order of Precedence
All contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, letters of marque, and other biding instruments are hereto subordinate to this document. Should a need arise to dispute language or intent of a binding instrument, the rules set forth in this document shall prevail.
